LOCATION! And the private beach was beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and very good. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Free parking was also a great bonus.

Ac in the living area could have been better, the room was mostly too warm. Bedroom area was fine.

The beach area was great. Relaxing. Sun set from there was great. Kayaking was available no charge.very relaxing set up. Old florida feel to the place and hotel. But renovated well. Breakfast was nice. No real ice supply on the property, had go out for ice.

Our bathroom was a bit small but not necessarily unexpected.

The ambiance was terrific. We love the cottage experience and the beach area is wonderful. Management was understanding of our tardiness to check out and the provided provisions (especially the coffee) in the mornings are a nice little bonus.

Pick up a broom at the Dollar tree before you get there to keep the sand you track into the room under control. It's not that they didn't clean, the staff was great, but they can only service the room once a day. ( And yes, I know someone will say they should supply them, but you know how people take everything. Spend the $1.25 and leave it for the next people.

Such a cute place. Size of each unit varied, I upgraded to get something right on the beach. Even with a smaller unit you will probably spend all your time outside at the beachfront area. There were plenty of chairs, tables, hammocks for all guests to enjoy the beach area. AC unit worked great in the room. Walking out and being able to swim in the bay was nice and those sunsets were beautiful. Breakfast was great.

Not all of the outlets worked in the room. The room setup was a bit cramped and the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was not set up on time. Over 15 minutes late.

The staff was very friendly. The beach was small but to be in. There are lots of chairs, some hammocks, very tropical atmosphere. The location was nice. It would be great for a family reunion.

What a pearl. Peaceful, small and cozy. We had the absolute pleasure of been greeted welcomed by Adria. We certainly recommend this place for families that need a beautiful getaway. Ps. The sunsets are to die for.

Small cottages with just the bare necessities and barely room to turn around to larger efficiency cottages with kitchens. All units are not the same so be sure to find one that will fit your needs.

Old but charming decor. Very clean and well-maintained. Beautiful grounds lit up with tikki torches at night. Small beach perfect for sunsets or taking out the free kyacks. Hammocks, picnic tables, and charcoal grills ready to use. Linda at the front desk went above and beyond to help with my change in travel plans. Morning breakfast consisted of delicious frittas, coffee, yogurt and danishes.

The property has a nice layout, good amenities. The kayaks were free to use and they also had things such as sunscreen and beach towels available for guests to use if needed. The staff were very friendly and insightful when it came to local events or places to eat. Everything was clean and well maintained.
