There were a few areas in the room that could have been cleaned better (back of the bathroom door had small thick brown areas that looked almost like maple syrup, and hair stuck to the door) and the shower floor itself could really use a good grout cleaning. The breakfast was not great, which was a bummer as this is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The pictures made the breakfast look good and a lot of good reviews for the breakfast. Maybe we are just a really picky family lol idk. And unfortunately there was only 3 pool towels left at the pool when we went (it was later in the evening, maybe around 7:30-8pm) and 5 of us, as well as some others that had come down while we were there. I kept thinking someone would come around to fill them back up but they never did. That was a bummer too. But overall, it is definitely worth the money and will stay again. These few things were not terrible enough to make us not want to go back. We will just eat elsewhere for breakfast :) but would love to see the shower floors cleaned (in between the tiles) so it's not dark brown and nasty looking. It did make me feel like we needed to wear flip flops in the shower because of this, but unfortunately, we didn't bring any. Or even the floor mats that go in showers that can easily be cleaned when someone checks out, that would be better than they are now also.

The front desk lady was very nice. The rooms were really nice, it's very hard to find something this big for as cheap as what we paid! The kids loved that it was set up like a little 2 bedroom apartment. The pool is centrally located to the rooms, making it a quick and easy trip from the room. They also had a few pool balls for everyone to use, so we loved that too. There is a little store area in the front lobby to buy snacks and drinks, that was really nice.

The beds are small (double not queen size) for three persons in a room.

Excellent service and hospitality from checking in the hotel till we checked out. The location is centeral to my itenerary. Cerrittos central mall is a walking distance from the hotel with many resturants and a movie theatre and Walmart.

Breakfast The room was facing a street with some restaurants, playing music quite late on the weekend. I sent questions before the visit, but did not get a reply.

Spacious rooms, kitchen and a walk in closet. Nice pool area and a decently sized pool. Walking distance to old town and mall. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast is included in price, not many things to choose from but sufficient.

Two bar stools would be nice instead of just one. Shower fan works on and off. Atmosphere drap but clean and with a gray sectional and TV. Cushions a little too soft. No elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor (good exercise tho) A much larger hotel than we thought. Numerous unattached buildings.

Nice shower except for fan that probably needs replacing; low power and shuts off occasionally. Nice reception area with a bar and a breakfast room, although we did not take advantage of either.

the rug was not clean, i found a bread so hard and crumbs the wi fi was terrible, i kill a bug, the connectors for electricty one was not working the shower handle was broken so it didnt work so no water, of coarse they replace it, the steamiron didnt work. the jacuzzi stop working, need to change something.

the hot tub was out of order when we arrived but was fixed the next day. the pool area chairs and loungers were broken,

The toaster created smoke when I tried to make a toast on the first day. Was afraid to use it again. Also, fire or smoke alarms went off 3 or 4 times mysteriously during our 6 nights stay, either in the entire building or hotel. Lastly, the tv's could be better: everyday for a few times the tv's lost signal. The paper tv guide had 64 or 46 for Bloomberg, but it was never Bloomberg. Couldn't find Bloomberg anywhere.

Eating breakfast with plastic knives and forks on a paper plate - limited number of ceramic plates and stainless steel utensils. Also breakfast was exactly the same every day. No real provision for celiacs which was disappointing.

Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was satisfactory and plenty of food to choose from.

The location is absolutely fantastic and is what first attracted me to the hotel. I hadn’t anticipated the suite would be quite so large and with such a range of great facilities. The shower, bed, living space, televisions, all brilliant and arguably too much for just one person! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful on numerous occasions I asked questions. I was even able to check in early, which was perfect.

The breakfast was basic in comparison to other countries. The room rate was expensive but it was the weekend of the Phoenix Open and the Super Bowl.

Wifi not consistent. Standard American breakfast offerings which were fine but a lot of corn syrup in jelly's and other condiments.
