Room, bed, bathrobes (super comfy), cleanliness, location to tourist attractions and market place. Friendliness of staff and ability to assist with questions and requests! They offered a shuttle service to the cruise ports for $15 USD per person. Excellent value. Special shoutout to Kayleigh for all her assistance!

Really small bathroom had no counters, layout was awkward and a combo of weird lighting and an oversized bed platform meant I bashed my shin a couple of times at night between the bathroom and bed. Maybe it was just me. Nice place though overall and very comfortable.

A full length mirror that isn't in a wardrobe that doesn't open or close properly. Shame as wardrobe is a beautiful piece of furniture. Also didn't get housekeeping on our second day, wasn't told we had to ask for it. Didn't matter we recycled towels. No Hairdryer in room which would have been useful. Small things.

Outstanding Staff! It was my son’s birthday and Colin at the reception ,made everything possible so my son can have the most memorable 16th birthday! We came to our room welcome with a nice note and candy basket with his name ! Wow!! Just wow !! This is our new favorite place in Seattle .

Minor complaint but the toilet paper is not very nice. Cheap and paper thin.. The bathroom is very nice but too small for a couple... Tiny sink and no where to put your things.

Bed size & very comfortable, size of the suite, lovely shower, bathrobes and a nice little kitchen area with a sink, fridge, wine glasses and wine bottle opener.. much appreciated!

Rider, the hotel restaurant looked great; however, we did not utilize the convenient location or get to try their menu due to their wood fired grill. We were a bit sensitive to the smokey scents so we decided it was best to avoid the area. Not a big deal; the scent did not travel past the main lobby.

Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and famous Pikes Market and about a 10 min Uber/Lyft to the baseball stadium. All staff we encountered were very helpful - from explaining best parking options for our stay, suggestions for restaurants, providing directions and educating us on the history of the hotel. Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Small fridge in room great for extra bottles of water & snacks. Location of our room (7th Ave facing) was quiet.

Some minor things in the bedroom (King deluxe)-the full length mirror is awkward to access because it's in the closet and the tiny bathroom's light switches weren't located near the bathroom at all. Also the shower is hard to turn on without getting soaked as you try to adjust the spray and temperature. We ate in the restaurant one night and the salmon was awful, but the pork was tasty even though a little dry. The truffle fries were too soaked with truffle sauce to be palatable. Our waitress never asked how the food was but just took away my daughter's barely touched plate of fish and the soggy fries without comment.

Very beautiful lobby and restaurant; location was great for walking to Pike Place Market and the monorail to the Seattle Center. Comfortable bed.

No fan in bathroom. Fridge could be colder. It’d be nice if they had a pool or jacuzzi.

Good location, close to convention center. Good size of room, staff very helpful with getting room upgrade and helping with our requests, friendly too.
