We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is located in a very quiet industrial area but still very close to the mall and restaurants. Most hotels are usually all grouped together along the same avenue or Blvd but this hotel is kinda in a tuck away very private and no high volume traffic passing by.

United States of AmericaIt’s not enough light in the parking lot for a women not from the city and have to park in the back and walk to the front and she is alone . I didn’t like that I had to move my room because they had me by the elevator and then move me to a window that showed the roof and rocks. The house keeper for the room didn’t vacuum correctly because when bent over there was money on the floor by the bed
Didn’t get breakfast because online I thought it says breakfast was included that’s why I chose the hotel but it wasn’t . It’s was a great stay but across the street at the Drury which is nice hotel and breakfast is included.

United States of AmericaMy only complaints was the design of the bathroom lol. The door is just a sliding glass door that doesn’t lock or actually close so when you take a #2 the room will smell. Also the sink sprays everywhere and doesn’t drain properly.

United States of AmericaOn our first day, no one touched our room. It was not even entered to be cleaned nor were our dirty towels removed and replaced. We had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels. The second day- our covers were thrown up on the bed but it was not made- actually the the mattress cover was off of one corner and I had to completely strip the bed and remake it so we could sleep in it. I did tell the front desk about the first day. I don’t know if the hotel was short staffed or what happened.
The staff were excellent- very professional and very accommodating!! The updated lobby was so nice! We enjoyed the fireplace feature!!

United KingdomBreakfast was a little disappointing. Low quality coffee, but cheap to offset. No light bite breakfast option - I had a big exam that day and would have loved yoghurt with fruit or just toast.
Comfy bed, big and very clean room. Great blackout curtains! Very friendly staff and the pool/gym area looked nice. Be aware the pool is ground floor and looks out to carpark so NOT a private place to be in your swimwear.
