The Elevator wasn’t working at all and waited a very long time and it never came.

Access requires phone app and third party verification number. After an hour of trying, was told use new/different phone number—our bad, sorry. Traffic/street noise is horrible. Light sleepers should avoid. About a mile walk to Minute Maid Park.

Just that they need to upgrade to a k-cup coffee maker those filters gets the coffee maker really dirty!!

The property was really nice only problem the first day one of the elevators were down and getting to our floor was a bit challenging!!!! Other thay that everything was great!!

This is not the first time I've stayed here, the CheckIn process has been a hassle both times. Getting a code to enter the garage is a pain. Our apartment had minimal supplies. The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, as the pull out bed is broken and the mattress is in bad shape.

The Location is great. The view from our apartment was incredible. Very convenient to everything. Love being able to walk and not drive.

Didn't have a lot of replacements, like trash bags, soap etc. I also didn't like how the elevators were taking forever but I can't control that. I don't like the fact that they only had 2 chairs on the patio but again can't control that. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow but I understand if people were on it a lot. Some of the rooms aren't really that roomy if you have a bunch of people over and I did have a little trouble getting my keys but the good thing is the customer service is nice and will help you!

I liked the customer service they were nice and helpful. Even when I asked a bunch of questions they didn't get an attitude with me which was nice. I liked how nice it looked and that it wasn't too far from the con I was visiting. I also liked that even if there wasn't replacements they still provided us with stuff to use. I liked that they had a disability accessible stand for people who need help in the bathroom or shower. It was overall nice and clean!

Corner apartment on 3rd floor, VERY NOISY. The gate app was a pain to download and it kept resetting on us, so we kept having to ask for a new code. Could not get keys at 3:00 because housekeeping had not put them in the key cafe.

Location. It was clean and convenient for our weekend activities.

The hallways smelled like marijuana all the time. There was no cart to get your luggage up and down the elevator. The initial check-in process would be much easier, if there was a front desk or live person to talk to.

Everything inside was very nice & clean. I loved the tub & shower.

Getting the keys was a small challenge, but the host was helpful. The location was just far away from downtown to not feel safe walking anywhere, but having a car and easy access to the garage was good. There is a code to get into the pool area that we did not have. You definitely have to have a smart phone with the app to be able to stay here.

I liked the gated parking garage. The room was clean and roomy. I also enjoyed having the fitness room to use. It was nice to have a small balcony to get some fresh air.

The keys were not ready at check-in it was after 3:00 pm before we could get the key. The housekeeper put the key in the key box while we were standing waiting. We had a group of 4. If anyone wanted to leave and return back to the parking garage, they would have to take my phone. Multiple people or staying more than one person should have access to the garage, especially if you want to explore and do things at different places. After that, everything else was great.

This property is in walking distance to stores, restaurants, and bars. It was only a 25-minute ride from the airport. We used a cab from the airport that only cost $50 with their fees. Plus, each room had balcony access. Our group loved how you were able to enjoy yourself. The room/building is very clean. We eventually rented a car, and getting in and out of the parking garage was easy. After you have downloaded the app the access everything.

On the ground level where you enter from the garage is dirty. The ground looks like somebody dropped the slushy and it was never washed. People leave garbage in the corners and it takes forever for someone to take the garbage away. When I use the stairs, it look like dog poop was On one of the platforms and it was a little dirty.

Breakfast was not included. The apartment rental was nice and the location was great.

The check in process and access to the gates. It was overly complicated and the ppl and the apartment clearly didn’t want to help. The keys weren’t in the box like they were supposed to be. Someone had to come load the keys after my check in time. I wouldn’t have found the key box without a pic being sent to my phone. It started our trip off frustrating but once that was done everything was great.

It was easy once figured out. If using an app, they need to explain what to do and where exactly to go.

I loved the bed, room itself, the view, the hallways, the people. Met some cool people that lived there, definitely would recommend.

Thought it was a 2 bedroom, ended up being a one bedroom with a pull out couch. Pull out bed was a little hard and did not have much support at the end of the bed. The bed mattress was falling through the frame.

Easily accessible location, had a little trouble with the gate wise access. Was unable to get into the doors upon arrival. Once that was figured out the rest was a breeze.
