Was charged twice for my room. The clerk said it would take the manager to correct it then up to 3 days for my refund to go back in my bank. Didn't offer a discount for my troubles.

They only come to your room every three days to clean and or freshen it up. By day 3 we were out of towels.

The pool was ICE COLD EVEN ON A 91° DAY. There was NO HOT TUB there was a kiddie pool that was ICE COLD too only a foot deep. They did not CLEAN ROOM until we BROUGHT it to THEIR ATTENTION on the SEVENTH DAY . There were BEES on the balcony we told the man with the Playboy bunny hat THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and the BEES WERE STILL THERE. One of the chairs on the balcony could have cut us because one of the wires were poking up they did change that out after the second time of letting them know that we both could not enjoy the balcony at the same time. The beds were ROCK HARD it's time for the hotel to get NEW ONES for the ROOM that we stay in. The chairs by the table in the room were so DIRTY I wish I would have BROUGHT MY GREEN MACHINE to CLEAN THEM. The TABLE was WOBBLY I went downstairs and grabbed a stack of COUPON BOOKS to make it LEVEL as best as I could. Had issues at check-in with bank card which that was on us did not realize that we went over our daily limit and did not realize let the bank could up it for our anniversary get away . So we paid for one night off my other card. The lady at the front desk acted in a totally different way once she found out that the card would not pay for the full amount. At first she was all nice as sugar and then once she realized that we only can pay for one night UNTIL WE GOT A HOLD of the bank and then she acted like we didn't have any money at all. But did not see that lady back in the office the whole nine-day stay . Also I would not RECOMMEND HAVING A RENTAL CAR for in the parking lot unless you get the EXTRA INSURANCE because bears check vehicles daily for any leftover food that got left in the car witnessed a bear try to get into the back of a truck bed topper to get some moonshine that was back there . came back one night to a woman all frantic She because of bear ate the roof off the Jeep to get the COOKIE 🍪 she left behind .

That there was a trolley nearby once I realize that there was that there is a live view of the trolleys it made it a little easier on the app to know when it's going to be at the trolley stop. The room was Spacious. The room was clean when we checked in. I DID NOT SEE ANY BUGS in the room. There was breakfast every day that they offered. Got to see bear 🐻 every day! We had great views of mountains! The parking lot was big enough for big trucks or small vehicles no issue about parking they had three different parking lots that I knew of but I did over here in the breakfast room that there was parking on level 4 which I did not go and explore

For the price, it was as expected. Starting to look run down. Several areas needed painted. Day of departure, front desk clerk was ASLEEP in the lobby in a chair

The 1st room I was given had a broken bathtub faucet. No water would come out. The manager gave me another room. The 2nd room still had a used bath towel hanging on a hook on the back of the bathroom door. Also, no coffee or cups for the coffee maker. I just took the coffee and cups from the other room as I was moving my stuff to the new room.

The indoor pool was enjoyable.

There were roaches in the bathroom of our hotel room. I did not like that at all

I loved the location of the hotel. It was close to all of the attractions that we wanted to see Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Cherokee North Carolina. We had bears visit our Hotel

You're going to want to go out for breakfast. There are a lot of bugs, but you're in nature so that should be expected.

You can walk everywhere! We were happy we could come with our dog(who had an amazing trip). Also there's a mountain coaster across the street so the fun is very convenient.

We saw several bugs, probably because it was the 1st floor. Unhappy about the fact we had to pay city/county taxes on top of sales tax

The entrance door was missing the side panel of the door which looks like someone kicked in the door and they used putty a poor job to fix it

I wasn’t thrilled that it was so far from the Gatlinburg attractions but for the price it ended up being ok as we found parking for $10 so kinda was more affordable, could use a little bit of maintenance cleaning on the outdoors area.

Liked that it was an affordable pet friendly hotel, was spacious room with a nice fireplace, the shower was hot with good water pressure, enjoyed the many choices for the breakfast offered.

Breakfast foods were mediocre, no fruit, coffee was totally bad Room doors chipped, needed repairs and painting.

Balcony had great view, bed comfortable, linens were clean, room was very big , location was great for what we wanted. Pet fee was reasonable

The room could have been cleaned better. One day didn't clean at all. Most days just replaced towels and took trash. One day had to take the trash out may self.

Very good. The food was hot and refill and place was very clean. The front desk help was very kind and helpful.

Only thing that could use some work was the air conditioner. It was besides the restroom and a good way from the bed so the bathroom stayed very cold but the room near the bed was a bit warmer

The bed was OK. Just definitely could have been better. Air conditioner wasn't cooling the whole room very well. Cold near the door but not so much near the beds.
