The flooring had been applied to fast with no preparation of under surface. Rough and uneven. Understandably the parking and congestion was bad as many overnight out of area electrical workers and their equipment were present for emergency repair to local outages. Don't know if breakfast was included as we departed early.

The rooms were clean and stocked with the necessities. There was no noise above normal motel background noise. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our microwave was missing its glass plate and was thus completely unusable. The manager didn't replace the microwave, thus we didn't get to eat the breakfast sausage and biscuits we intended to microwave.

I liked that the room had wood floors, rather than carpet throughout. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but was clean and functional. The room was within 10 minutes of restaurants, shopping and Cascade Falls Park.

No shower curtain in room, vending machines not working and it took 20 min for them to check me out of hotel which made me late for an event!!!

The smell of pot in the hallways on the 3rd floor. The hallway ceilings could use tending to. Carpet could be steamed cleaned.

The room was clean. It had a coffee pot with supplies. Friendly front desk. I seen cleaners cleaning all around the inside of the windows.

TV remote didn’t work. TV only worked from side panel to turn it on, set up TV, find channels and adjust volume. I had to take out 3 drawers to see if it was plugged in. Had to get out of bed to change channels , Volume, or turn it off. Night staff was well intended but was learning as we went. A second remote also did not work. I suggested to the desk person that since maintenance is only available during the day, housekeeping hold be sure each tv is working. I was not offered a comp or gift certificate for future use but should have. Pillows were crap.

Had to transfer rooms, first room old and nasty furniture, bad smell, black mold in shower/tub. 2nd room was passing the place need updating and agood cleaning the entrance door windows was filthy. Won't be back.

Elevator working.

There was no breakfast. Elevator did not work. My husband has COPD.. I had to carry his O2 concentrator, luggage etc.up the stairs my self , Then back down when we checked out. Due to my husband climbing the stairs he becomes very short of breath. Wish we knew abead of time, would have requested a 1st floor room or went else where

The bed was uncomfortable, worn out i think. The room condition, furnishings, were not what I expected for a Red Roof Inn, compared to others I've stayed in.

The pool was sparkling and excellent condition. I did like that there was a small desk and rolling desk chair and easy chair in the room. I also appreciated the small coffee pot and coffee in the room. Room was clean and did not smell. The price was terriific.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but someone had clearly smoked in there. Also, in the bathroom, the shampoo was used and the toilet paper roll was done and I had to change it.

The grounds out front had lots of cigarette butts scattered everywhere, our room had visible cobwebs, blood splatter and snot on one wall, no bedside outlets, small bathroom, pool was closed for use, no breakfast items only coffee, when we entered our room the window was open and there was no screen so anything could fly, climb, or crawl in through the window 🥴. The bed did not have a protector on it ro protect from bed bugs so that was kind of gross. I had to check the mattress before climbing in. Visible public hair on the sheets 🤢, I took plenty of pics just in case.

It's close to on/off ramps, gas stations and several places to eat both fast food and sit down. There is a park with a great walking trail just minutes from the hotel, shopping is a little drive but not bad, depending on what stores you watch to shop at. The bed was comfy. Staff was nice.

We had 3 rooms, each room had its own issues. Pillow case with a dirty footprint, broken lamp shade, ac unit out to far. Wish there were fans in the bathroom.

Lady at the desk was super nice and helpful.
