The musty smell

I wish they had an elevator but will continue to enjoy the privacy of the second floor as long as I'm capable.

Seems a little grungy Drug activity surrounding the premises - not at the fault of motel - its just the area is a bid bedraggled

Easy, close to airport and shuttle to airport running 24hrs. Also next to Sherms Food For Less which is open 24 hours and came in so handy! Just wish the fridge in the room worked properly

I have no complaints! Everyone and everything was there to meet our needs.

The rooms were more modern than I anticipated, and the shuttle service was great. The desk staff were responsive and understanding. Access to luggage carts was a great plus.

The bath tub drain was too slow. The entrance door to the hotel room's building malfunction.

This is a first world problem but having a Roku remote for the Roku TV should be a given. Instead, it was a remote that couldn't work with the TV other than changing channels one by one.

This is the first time my room smelled like cigarettes when I turned on air conditioner and the tv would not work. They said they could have come fix it but I wasnt in the mood to change out of my pjs and wait. It is just a given it should be working. Refrigerator was not that cold,

this is the best place to stay so far in Medford, good location, easy on and of highway, shopping within reason, good breakfast and parking is safe. Staff pretty good at accommodating your needs.

I would say the breakfast could use some better options but basic hotel breakfast.

Best pool, the place was clean good price and comfortable we stayed for 4 days and each day they cleaned our room.

Most of the vending machines were not working.

We needed a ride to the airport at 4:00 am, and it was provided! The front desk even let me borrow an iPhone charger because I had lost mine!

The dial inside the refrigerator was off and the on &off switch on the clock radio was busted and couldn't get any music on it as I was changing the station.

My room was clean and the maids were able to replace linen while I am out and about. Breakfast was good.

For the price this is a great hotel! It’s an older hotel but it was clean! We stayed last year at a nearby budget hotel and it was dirty and smelly. Spend a little extra and stay here instead. To me, there’s no excuse for a less-than-clean hotel. It’s clear they are updating the rooms. We had fresh paint and new furniture but still had the original carpet. The website shows that some of the rooms have new flooring. I was pleasantly surprised that we had a fridge and microwave in our room. The breakfast was not gourmet, but it was good. It was what one would expect for a hotel in this price range: waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, juice, yogurt, toast, bagels, and more. We would stay here again.

Exceptionally clean room, staff super friendly and helpful, did not use breakfast room however it appeared exceptionally clean and well taken care of/ staffed. Really appreciated that we could have our emotional support dog and our service animal with us

Quality Inn & Suites in Medford, OR, offers a convenient location with friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the pool was unfortunately closed during our visit, the overall experience was positive. It's a good choice for clean and accessible accommodation in Medford.
