Run down building, partly under remodelation. Only luke warm water, only one functioning elevator out of four.

Booked due ro location and price. Should have double checked why the price.

The bathroom was okay, however the toilet could not be lifted up The ice machine was broken, and after repeatedly telling the customer service person, I was told that nobody complained about it. I only received room cleaning service one time per week. I had to tell them every day.

The room was adequate. The price was ok. You get what you pay for. The manager was never there, however, he did respond by email. The hotel clerks were attentive to me.

Soon as I opened my room door, there were 2 roaches having a meeting . It was disgusting ! Hotel had no towels ,no bar , no breakfast! The reviews were absolutely true . Never will i book there again.

I was really expecting to have a great time there with my girls, but it did not meet my standard. I stayed for 2 night and had to check out and book another hotel. I was really disappointed.

There was no breakfast, and the room was really unkept. And the environment have a foul scent. Around the pool was very dirty.

The place wasn't clean. The towels were old .they need better towels. The water come very slow when I taking shower. I locked myself out by the pool. No access to get in if you by the pool .horrible.

There was no cleaning or changing of the bed linens in the 8 days. Some of the towels were dingy and torn. No microwave, limited refrigerator space, only one chair in the room, television stations were limited, hallway was musty, NOISE AND VIBRATION THAT PREVENTED US FROM SLEEPING...apparently from the laundry. Smell of weed in the hallway. Telephone to call front desk did not work. Had to ask for additional towels, tissue, cups and sugar when supplies ran out. Had to ask for a clothes iron. No clothes hangers available. Undesirables hanging around the property and soliciting things. Old antiquated wash basin and furniture.

The unexplained over charging of the prices that they were trying to give me I was already charged $150 online then I had to pay another $250 at the hotel and I wanted to extend my stay but they told me that I had to check out and deposit another $250 and then pay $145 upon check out so that's what I didn't like about the hotel

Hallway very dirty. Carpet was horrible. The maid staff never came to the rooms to clean. The rooms had no Carpet but it was roaches. I had to go buy bleach and clean the room myself The lining was dirty. It seems a lot of people were living there it was very noisy

The Ladies on the front desk do not display any form of urgency in dealing with with Customer service.

Kathy front Desk Manager did very good in taking care of our problems. She checked on us daily to make up for what went wrong. Andre was very helpful and try to meet our needs. The General manager gave us 2 nights refund for all the problems.

Rooms are dated, the exterior is run down. The resort fees are absolutely ridiculous for what they offer. Parking is not covered under resort fees and is also billed separately.

The lobby area was nice. The grounds were free of trash and debris.

The lobby and room was deceiving. Looks ok when you enter but once past the lobby. The wall, carpet the rooms were dirty. We were there 3 days i had 3 rooms and the staff never came to clean the rooms. . I had to get cleaning supplies to clean my own room. There was roaches. The thing is it has the potential to be a good hotel but I was told it was large population of people living there.
