We had a lovely welcome to the property. We loved the clean room and facilities. The pastries, fruit and coffee for a complimentary breakfast were a lovely surprise. Also the soda drink on arrival was appreciated. They stored our bags while we did some sightseeing. It was a great stay!

It wasn’t a problem for us(we brought our sedan)but parking for a larger truck or SUV could be challenging. Our crew cab, long bed F150 would have been a pain to park.

The property is surrounded by trees. It’s like being in a hidden forest. The room was clean and comfortable. They offered ice and filtered in the lobby. They also offered a free bottle of water or soda to each guest. In the morning they had a nice continental breakfast.

The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The place is tucked into a neighborhood in such a way that it feels remote and private when you are really very close to San Francisco.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast pastries were good. Coffee was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Location and value were great! Loved the small cedars and pines next to the rooms. Beautiful!

Excellent Customer Service at front desk. Responds to any problems in a timely manner. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get a specific room if you requested a certain one. Small property with quiet location and parking lot, close to downtown San Rafael. Very easy freeway access to Highway 101. Great for single travelers!

The room was large, well-appointed and very clean. It included a microwave and minifridge and had thoughtful touches like an iron, a blow drier, extra blankets and a wine opener. The location was perfect for me - it was convenient and quiet. Coffee and pastries in the morning were a welcome touch. Staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Would happily stay here again.

No restaurants within easy walking distance. Due to residential neighborhood with limited street parking, sight lines when trying to pull out onto Lincoln can be very challenging - vehicles parked on the street interfere with the ability to,it’s to safely pull out.

Great value for Marin County. Quiet property on a residential neighborhood street. Nice size room with mini-frig, microwave and coffee.

The bed was not too comfortable for me, though my husband slept well.

The room was very clean, and though small, had everything we needed and room to spread out a little. The owner/manager was very welcoming and friendly. The coffee is good. Appreciate the fruit, and wish there were non-sweet breakfast choices though I did enjoy the bran muffin. Thank you, it was a good stay. Easy 1 mile walk into downtown. Easy drives to China Camp State Park and Mt. Tamalpais.

Tile along base of bed in our room (106) was broken conspicuously and should have been repaired.

Ideal location for us with great restaurants a short distance away and freeway to Berkeley a block away.

There were some very minor details overlooked in cleaning. The remote controls were dirty so I had to wipe them off. And the microwave could use a good cleaning or be replaced. I thought the bed was very comfortable, but it was a little too firm for my husband.

This was a perfect stay for our family. We had a great experience starting at the front desk. The staff were very welcoming and check-in was very easy. They even offer a complimentary soda or water to each guest. The room was ready when we arrived and was very clean. Bedding was inviting, the room was a good size, and the bathroom was larger than we expected. There is a small (though older) microwave and a small fridge. The layout of the room provides plenty of space with two large floating tables. I am very particular about clean bathrooms, and this one exceeded my expectations. The setting is very calming and feels safe, it's a small hotel surrounded by lots of beautiful trees.
