Our room was next to the lobby. It was very loud during the night/morning.

The location was good. A short walk to the beach. They provide umbrellas and chairs for the beach!The staff were very hospitable. Santiago was phenomenal and accommodating.

There is no laundry room for guests. I washed the swimsuits by hand and made a structure out of chairs and hangers to hang the swimsuits and dry them by the conditioner.

I liked the hotel. It was clean, the hotel provides cleaning every day. You can get free beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The worker even offered my children toys for the sand, it was great. Great location, 2 minutes to the beach, many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Nice staff. Breakfast is not bad, but there is mostly sweet, from non-sweet only bagles and cream cheese.

Nothing it was really good hotel for family if I go to miami beach again I will stay lorraine hotel again. thanks all staff of the hotel.

breakfast enough for 3 star hotel and we were happy with it. fruits milk bagel bread fruit juice waffle cream cheese butter and jam but no egg no sausage 24 hours filter coffee and hot and cold water on lobby. 2 mins away bus station to airport mia 2 mins away to mid-beach 15mins to lincon road by walking room was clean but beds could be better(thin bed and no bed mattress protector) and bed sheets should be change some frequency.. however all of them was clean and usefull. air cons was very good fridge very good safebox and microwave were works for beach towel and umberlla and chair are realy good for us that enough for much more things. And of coure many thanks to Dear Matias is best receptionist of lorraine hotel.

- it is very very close to the bus stop & beach just walking distance of 2-3 minutes - the guy at the reception in the mornings is really friendly, sweet & helpful - complimentary breakfast was basic but good for the price - the room we got was really spacious & had an extra storage room as well

For what we paid compared to the properties around, this hotel meets our expectations.

Location is great, 1 block from the beach and market next door. They have complementary continental breakfast. Front Desk Team very nice and accommodating. Great value for your money.
