No noise isolation at all!! We heard everything outside and the neighboring rooms and the hallway. No mini fridge. Lights are very hard to operate.

The property was well maintained and clean. It is an older art deco building that has been renovated recently. We reserved a room with a terrace and on the website it appears to be a private terrace, however, we shared a terrace with two other rooms and it was divided by plants. Other than that, the property is acceptable.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful! Caroline at the front desk was super helpful! I was celebrating my birthday and she sent a very nice amenity and note. The pool staff was excellent!

Nice hotel in the core of Miami South Beach Free rental bikes! Nice drinks (free) between 4-6 pm! Unfortunately, the pool was closed, though that was mentioned beforehand.

I didn't like the way they charge us for some amount of dollars from mini bar in the room, which we didn't use, but after emails comes and goes between me and the customer services, they solve it nicely.

I liked the room, access to the beach, pool. they offer beach chairs and towels, but for umbrella, they charge for $25.

The fitness facility was under construction. We were allowed to use a neighboring hotel's facility but it was a downer.

Our room was small but we consider it perfect for two people. The pool and beach service was fantastic. The facilities were amazing. Food was fantastic. Service was incredible.

The pool DJ is done at 5pm (early), the pool closes at 8pm and the bar at 7pm.

This property is my go to when I come to Miami the staff is great. The location is perfect. I have been to this property a few times already and every time we leave with the best memories!

My friend booked in the same hotel and his room was ready hours before mine. They put me on a text list, but never received any notifications and just had to keep checking at the front desk. There was one staff member that kept bugging me and my guest and at one point demanding $75 dollars cause I had over two guests with me at the pool when I confirmed there were three allowed. We paid him $75 just to leave us alone cause it became harassing and annoying. Everyday this same staff member had something to say to me or my guess, but besides that everything else was great.

The pool, the amenities, clean room and outdoor area. The staff was very pleasant, great location.

according to the reservation, breakfast was included in the price, but this was not true. We were given a coupon of $20 per day per head and had to pay the tax and high service charge every day.
