We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

There was no breakfast or coffee and the office was locked in the morning. I had to leave by 7:45 and had no access to coffee. The downstairs smells like dog pee and it just needs some TLC. The staff was very friendly. It was just a lot of money to sleep a few hours without coffee in the morning. There was not a trash receptacle in my room either.

United StatesThe air conditioner ran, but the fan didn't blow except on medium and barely at that. There is a 2-burner stove top, but no pans or pots to cook with. Like, who travels with pots and pans? The front office is kinda odd, resembling something I would expect to see in Alice in Wonderland. There was a fetid odor outside, in the parking lot.
The room was quite spacious and I liked the layout.

GermanyMy room was musty and had a weird smell. There was a big air machine in there that was on when I arrived. Seemingly to dry a wet problem from the previous tenant. The bed was too soft, like sagging soft. The other tenants on my floor were up all night slamming doors and had a barking puppy. Terrible sleep. It’s unfathomable to me that they charge $150 a night for this place.
The location and the staff were terrific. AC worked.

At a price of a 4 star facility, this motel is as dingy and as basic as it gets. The stench of smoke extends heavily to the second floor, which is supposed to be the "non smoking" The interior is in bad repair (although according to staff it is undergoing renovation). The lock on the door opens with difficulty and the card has to be reset every couple entries, which makes it more difficult considering the staff isn't always at the reception and you have to call and wait for them to show up. The "full kitchen" is anything but. You won't even find a basic coffee maker, not to mention any coffee/tea/drinks/cold bar/utensils/cups. I mean literally anything. Not even water bottles are to be found. Bar soap, but no shampoo or body wash (a packet of conditioner was kindly thrown in). No garbage bin other than the tiny one in the bathroom. In my 4 days of stay, the cleaning was attempted once on a second day and again on the day of my checkout. I waived the 2nd day cleanup and they didn't bother checking the next day, so i stayed with the same (somewhat clean) sheets. The staff however was very friendly and kind, no complains there.

United StatesBasic items Missing from the room. Two plastic cups; no silverware, plates, or glasses in the kitchen. Missing was a Chair to watch the TV or for reading. No phone or method to communicate with the office. No rack for placing a suitcase or luggage. Was told that other furniture was on order, but makes me wonder if that is their standard line to all the customers.
Location, the quiet (except for dog two doors down doing a lot of barking). Also liked the wonderful bed and pillows. Evening checking lady (forgot her name) was helpful. Tried to find some cups for the lack in the room.

United StatesThe hotel is absolutely false advertised. It is run down and the room I booked looked nothing like in any of the pictures online. The room was absolutely disgusting and I took pictures to proof it. There was a prostitute working out of the parking lot and taking men into the hotel on the same floor that me and my kids stayed. Never again I'll stay at this hotel. Not acceptable!!!
The only thing that I liked was the young lady at the front desk. She was very nice and very friendly. I feel sorry for her that she has to take all the complaints from people.

No refund was given so I paid for a room I never stayed in. went down to the Springhill Suites for the night instead. That guy felt so bad for me he upgraded my room for free and discounted the regular rate by $30.

United StatesThe room was filthy. There was trash and dirt left in the room along the walls. Someone took the AC louvers out and just left them in the window. The night stand had something spilled on it that could have been cleaned off. There were stains on the walls. When we asked for a refund they said we had to contact booking. When we contacted booking they said they would not refund our money because of the no cancellation policy. Even after providing photos of the filthiness of the room they still denied the refund because of the policy.

There are stains all over the carpets, walls, and bedding, mold above the shower, terrible smell on the entire building. Barely any furniture in the room and everything is old, dirty, and barely functions. I only lasted an hour before packing up and finding a new hotel.

I initially turned down the room after seeing it but was informed that I would have to contact booking.com who would then have to attempt to get in contact with the manager whom wouldn’t be onsite until Monday. This is after my payment and deposit has already been processed. The Bed sheets were dirty with stains on the sheets of both beds.. the front desk associate changed the sheets but there was also a crazy smell, I promise if we had known the area and hadn’t been driving for 12 plus hours we would’ve left. A guy lingering around front desk after the associate left tried stealing my door dash by pretending he was me, luckily I came downstairs in time. He apologized. Plenty of hang abouters around the area if you are looking to make friends
