It was a little small for a person in a wheelchair, although the extra large bathroom was very nice

Not very clean. As others reported, burn marks on the non smoking room comforters. Bathroom could have been cleaner ( floor needed a vacuum or sweep). Two rough looking non matching towels. Sheets had stains. A lamp in the corner with no plug near by. Socked on lamp between beds didn’t work. A big crack in dresser where fridge is patched up. Shower handle easily went to 3 different temperatures but to get the right temp you feel like you have to force the handle between those spots ( frustrating) , shower clogs). Hotel definitely needs updates. Pillows were extremely flat. I feel like we’re over charged ($177). Worst part was a neighboring room sounded like they had 6 kids under the age of 5 running/ screaming and messing with the connecting door til about 2 am while parents hung out in the hallway. Seems like some residents are their long term just hanging out in the parking lot all day and night. Tv had not 1 clear channel and remote buttons are worn off.

The location was the best part. We were trying to be close to family.

The lady at check in was rude, as o walked in another customer was wanting to extend his stay and she told him there was nothing she could do he would have to book online again. And I reserved a non smoking room when I got to check in she told me there was only smoking room.

It was close to the main highway.had near by stores and restaurants, Rooms were clean.

The noise, loud music for hours in the night when the workers get off and drink, talked loudly, sing and make a ruckus in the parking lot until late at night and the hotel does nothing about it, just cleans up all the beer bottles and trash left for them the next morning. Will look for some where else to stay from now on, even if I have to pay more money.

Rooms are clean, comfortable good location for me and why I go down that way.

It's a shame they would rather have dozens of empty rooms than negotiate a lower price or an extended stay rate. My room didn't have a microwave and it was clean but smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room.

Some guy decided to play his boom box at full volume by the pool and fly his drone around 9 AM. The feel of the property was kind of seedy.

Was able to do laundry. Slept pretty well, until 9 AM.

The lady at check in was rude to my family and wouldn't allow them in to use the restroom, the room was at the end of the parking area and opposite end of the ramp I use a scooter to get around, the room was too small to fit my scooter in except in front of the door, the beds are super tall and was a big struggle to get in. I call the next morning to ask for towels because I only had 1 hand towel in the room, the lady on the phone was again rude to me telling me to bring the dirty towels and she'd give me fresh ones even though I told her all I had was the one towel. I explained I am handicapped and ask could she bring the towels it took 1 1/2 hrs before I got them.
