Someone gave our room to someone else however when we got there they worked diligently to get things straightened out.

The heat was not consistent in the room, although we increased the thermostat setting. There was also a slight odor of urine(?) in the room. I did not report either issue to the front desk because we only stayed one night.

Nothing I do not like about this place, I stay each time I come to time which is 3-4 times a year.

Each time I come to visit my grandchildren, I stay here. It is close to them, clean, safe, friendly staff.

That we had to wait to the day of to ask for a late check out and they only gave us half an hour.

I loved the front desk associate, she was so pleasant and helpful. I had the king jacuzzi suite, it was clean and spacious. My children came to swim in the pool for a few hours and the pool was clean, my children had a ball!

The pool was heated, but too cold for me. My son did swim each day, but he commented how cold it was to him. My key card kept malfunctioning. I have no idea what happened, but I had to get them to let me in my room numerous times. They were helpful about it, though. Breakfast was decent, but the pancake maker didn't work right most of the time I was there.

The staff members at this hotel were incredible. I did not meet an unkind person. Every person was so helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, it's very nice and updated. Breakfast was decent. The location was perfect.

The pool was kind of sketch. Very veryyyy cloudy which makes me assume it might be over chlorinated? The pool is also pretty small. There was about 10-15 kiddos in it when my daughter tried to swim once and it was a little overcrowded. No big deal to us at all, glad to see them having fun honestly. This may just be a bummer for some. Especially if you love to relax in the water. The mattresses weren’t great either. I’ve slept in worse but they were definitely kind of lumpy. Maybe I’m spoiled with my mattress at home, but this may also be a deal breaker if you have back/neck/hip problems.

Great location for my family. When we visit Chicago, we stay in Schererville because we have family 5 minutes down the road from the Holiday Inn Express. When we travel accessibility is big for me considering we have kiddos. There is a Target, Wal Mart, Dollar Tree, numerous restaurants both sit down and fast food, Starbucks and Dunkin all within an 8 minute drive. Anything I needed was a quick zip down the street. The property was also well kept in comparison to some other properties in the area. The parking lot was in great condition and the landscaping was appealing. The breakfast honestly wasn’t bad either. The prepared food wasn’t my thing, but I’m picky. There were plenty of other choices for my to pick from so that was nice.

We came into town early for a wedding and happened to stay during a terrible storm with possible tornadoes. The staff was super accommodating and helped us to feel safe.

Lack of space in eating area and provide more white bread than wheat bread.

The location was fine but the eating area was too small especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There wasn't enough space for all the hotel guests in the eating area.. Some guests went outside to eat on the patio and when that area was full some guests went to their rooms with their breakfast items. Also there was too much wheat bread items. More guests seem to want white bread items which there wasn't enough available. We we, spent 5 nights at your hotel.

the bathroom seemed a little mold and not quite as clean as it could have been. would have liked one more towel. the A/C was very cold. couldn’t seem to get the right temperature.
