You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesOur first stay at this location we get here at 3am for a late check in on Sat morning as we we’re supposed to be there Friday the gentleman that was working was the working was the worst customer service person I ever ran into. I went to wo to he says what do you want I said need to check in he says name ( with attitude) I give it to him he he says 3hundrrd and something so I gave him 370.00 even though it was supposed to be 233.00 so then he comes over throws my chance and says smart remark people who can’t count. Then he tossed the room key and walked away. So we went found room went in and it looked okay till we walked into bathroom it was dirty as you can see by the photos. Then we found a bug crossing the floor in the area of the sink then another in the bathroom then a few in the bedroom over the next few days. We wanted to leave but already paid cash to say. And everywhere else was bold. Not sure what can be done but we are very disappointed with this stay
Good location to where we needed to be for our trip but we will never choose this location again.

United StatesMy spouse woke me up in the middle of the night say she was bitten by some bugs. We pulled back the sheets and saw some dark specks , took pictures and then magnified them yes they were bugs in both beds. I then realize I to was bitten. In over 40 years of driving and staying in different hotels along I 95 between New York and Florida , 4 round trips this year alone this was my 1st (flea bag motel experience) so to speak. We stayed in room 108 . Could not sleep left early in the morning after informing front desk.

United StatesNot clean, when complained they said everything was clean despite we showed them pictures of very stained bedcover and quite wrinkled bedsheet. Wrinkle doesn’t matter if you only have to sleep in but bedcover had cigarette burnt holes when we booked non smoking room. Even after complaining same bedcover was still there. There were flies and hair on the floor as well. Waited for 1 hour at night and it was already 10 pm by the time we got the room. Linen was still smelling smoke cause clearly the linen was from a smoking room as it had burnt marks. We left in the middle of the night as just couldn’t sleep with all the smell.
Price was okay for just a quick night stay during long travel
