The room was missing many of the amenities stated in the advertisements. If you plan to cook, bring EVERYTHING you need! Pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, kitchen towels, and trash can are not provided. The TV remote didn't work. It had batteries but no back to hold the batteries in place, no hair dryer, no iron or ironing board. The ceiling looked like there was a food fight in the room. Finally, bring thicker blankets. What's on the bed will not work if you get cold during the night. The size of the room was fine, but they need to do a lot of updates! FYI, MY RATING SHOWS A 5 FOR SOME REASON AND I FEEL THE RATING SHOULD BE A 2!

Multiple times at the front desk as your walking in it smelled like all weed. I’m 420 friendly but I don’t think the hotel needs to smell like it. My toilet wouldn’t flush for almost 2 days off and on. You can’t use the side doors to come in even with a room key. Male manager there was rude to me on more than 1 occasion but the lady at the front is amazing.

Mrs. Gray the GM was amazing. Her attitude was upbeat & pleasant. She accommodated us when our room had a minor issue & she addressed it quickly. I have read reviews that stated the staff were rude & lazy. I did not feel this way at all.

I did not like how the room wasn't really cleaned i had to go and get bleach and other cleaning products in order to have a clean room. The microwave had pieces broke off of it. You have to pay extra for the pots and pans if you want to use the stove. You also have to pay extra if you need towels. You also have to pay extra if you want them to come in and wash the sheets on the bed and towels. The blinds had stuff all over it like it was juice or something. The toilet was leaking a little bit... i know people might be reading this and saying why I didn't just ask for my money back and leave and go somewhere else.. well my family and I had somethings going on and i was told at the beginning before i even seen the room that it was absolutely no refunds and they price was so much cheaper but i guess you get what you pay for.

I like the price for a week. I love the fact that after 10 pm, if you dont have a room key, you will not be able to get in the hotel period. I like the fact that it has a kitchenette in the rooms.. It was also very quiet at night when everyone was trying to sleep.

No Housekeeping service. Didn't have towels in room when check in had to go to service desk to get towels for room twice. I know it legal for marijuana but not a smoker smell was to strong and there was transaction going on in the parking lot

The breakfast was not idea for an athlete. You only had sweets and no fruits and everything was microwaveable. I have a big family and they are small and you all did not allow them all to stay so I had to send half my children home 3hrs away and my husband drove them back to be at games at 7am!!! I was not very happy! Plus, I paid cash and you had a fee of 100 deposit that I was not aware of! I could not pay for the deposit by card! It was just not good stay for us! I did get my money back.

That you take your own trash out, and can not re book to get the same room and the people were rude and wouldn't make any exceptions considering the fact my husband works night shifts and would'nt let us extend our stay throughout the day for just a couple of hours to get some rest. And the lamp shades were black and nasty and could sweep and mop the floors better.

They were understaffed waiting 25+ minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in because she was doing other jobs in the facility, rooms needed updated bad, walls were dirty and spotted with paint, shower had little pressure, microwave was rusted and disgusting bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement.

Staff was nice but now know why we were asked if we wanted to check out room first.

Room looks nothing like pictures!!!!!! Trim moldy and falling off, towel bar broken, toilet paper holder broken off with just holes in the walls. Dirty feeling, and felt itchy when there. Got a febreze plug in to counteract the smell. No Ice machine, no coffee makers, pool Permanently closed. To have sheets changed was an extra charge and to have room cleaned was an extra charge.

There was visible dirt on everything. There was a hole that had obviously been punched through the door. The window was left open. It was clear that housekeeping had not changed over the room since the last guest. Sheets and linens were visibly dirty. There were literal boogers on the wall. It was vile.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I left less than 15 minutes after entering my room and realizing that it would not be safe or healthy to stay here.

There was nothing good overall about the hotel or staff at all. Safety was a concern on the first night. An employee was trying to get into my room while I was in there sleeping no knock on the door or anything. I didn’t report any issues so it seemed pretty odd why someone would be trying to enter the room after 8:00 pm. Left a day early was not give back my money for not staying the extra day that was very unprofessional and unexpected. The overall stay was a disappointment and not to my stands also not to mention there were bugs in my room (not bed bugs)
