While my bed linens were cleaned, they had been previously stained and not properly removed. The bathroom floor had hair from several previous guests and the shower had some black flecks which did was off when sprayed with water. While I take in consideration that this is a budget friendly motel. Budget does not mean dirty. This stay should have cost in the high $40's or low $50's. There was no hair dryer as advertised.

Breakfast was not served that day, Breakfast was one of the reasons I booked my stay. I can usually get up and on my way and not have to stop til lunchtime. I was disappointed because I was not notified of this until I checked in after 9PM.

The hotel having the minimum decency of proper mention of facilities. Why would they mention free breakfast when they don't serve it.

The cleanliness was good and there was room service everyday.

The bathtub didn't drain correctly and was really dirty. As soon as the perfume smell went away, it smelled a combination of smoke and bad body order. There was also gum on the head board. Only on long towel in bathroom and the bathroom door didn't shut all the way. The front desk guy called and wanted us to move to a different room if we stayed another night cuz they had reservations for the room we are in.

Water pressure was terribly low. Water temperature was lukewarm at best. In room for 10 mins when my spouse killed a giant roach.

Had surgery at BSW at5:30 am Beds were comfortable. Parking and remodeling were horrible but the real problem COCKROACHES!!

It was the worst I've ever experienced it was infested with roaches it was supposed to have two beds only had one and asked me to put $200 for deposit. So when I talked to the corporate office which is Choice Hotels they called the front desk and ask them to refund me my money back which they did but they also asked me to leave the room at 9:00 in the morning before check out time and never got my deposit back

Staff fair to inform me that there was no breakfast after the app said breakfast, it was early when I arrived but the chk in lobby was closed, so I checked in through the window 😞, also after finally getting my room, the place has bugs crawling around and across the floor and on the dresser, killed several!!!😞🥺 , will not return to this facility again

Convenient to several places to go for food and drinks , parking lot was quite tight but accessible to the interstate .

No pool. No breakfast. Had to leave at 4am because when it rained the roof leaked right above our bed. This place should refund. They would not answer phone 🙄 not to mention we have a rash all over after being there. Going to doctor today.

It was an awful experience, they cancel another room for some coworkers with a plumbing excuse, and trying to cancel ours as they were chargin more to a big construction crew that were coming there. The room was dirty and in bad shape, the toilet was used and unflushed, really discusting, on light bulb didn't work, walls dirty and scratched. Right after payment, he said breakfast was cancelled for the weekend. Absolutely discusting experience. I tried to contact booking.com to cancel and move somewhere else but it was impossible to do it. The good reviews were obviously manipulated, nothing good there.

I didn’t like anything about this property at all, I had my daughter come pick me up a lil past midnight because I couldn’t stay in a room that was so filthy, had cockroaches, cigarette burn marks all over the bathtub and sink area, paint coming off the walls and ceiling, it stunk like mold & mildew. The refrigerator and microwave were both dirty inside and out. Everything was dusty. The door peep hole had tissue sticking out of it. I spent $75 on a room that I couldn’t even stay the night in because it was so filthy and stunk like mold & mildew. I will never go back there and I will definitely not recommend this hotel to my other family members and friends. 🤬😡🤬😡

All I can think of is that the pool was getting some repair. No biggie.

The location was great. We went to Temple to meet with family because Temple is halfway between us. Everything worked out perfectly!

The room was filthy. There were things splashed on the walls. The bathroom was disgusting, I did not use the bathtub at all, I couldn't take it. This was a place a hooker would use and quickly leave, it's a no for meeeee!!1
