Elevators were broken, running slowly and would not go to certain floors. Water damage to ceiling in Dining area. Clearly poorly maintained facilities.

Building seems to need a lot of maintenance. The door stuck and was hard to open and close. Also on one of the beds the sheets had holes in it.

The staff was friendly. And the breakfast was very good.

There was a towel shortage apparently while we were there. We had to seek out any towels we wanted. There was a hair in my husband’s eggs. There were no towels available at the pool so we had to choose between using our one allotted towel per person at the pool OR for our shower. The cable was out for the first day.

At I arrival I chatted with a couple guest. Their feedback was extremely negative. It’s obvious this hotel will be turn down so as there are several new hotels walking distance to 6 blocks. Not worth $50 a night

The floor we stayed on did have a leak though by the elevators and there was drilling early in the morning near our room.

Only 1 of 3 elevators was working. We waited 15 minutes to try to get on the elevator but every time it got to our floor it was already full. Had to carry all the luggage down the stairs.

First off, for $130 a night, there should at least be a mini fridge. The bathroom and entry floors were sticky. Room and hallways smelled like… stale curry, maybe? My pup could tell the carpets hadn’t been properly cleaned in awhile. In-room coffee packets were open. Stairwell on one end is exit only and doesn’t access first floor.

Nice big windows and high ceilings. Decent hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Attached restaurant allows leashed dogs on patio. Nearby neighborhood was nice for a dog walk.

The location was dingy, the elevators barely worked, there was one working ice machine for nine floors and was always empty, a lot of the location was outdated. We should have stayed in one of the surrounding hotels because it was the same price. Overall, bad experience for the price it was.

The rooms were pretty clean and were pretty comfortable to stay in. The food in the restaurant was very good, but the decor did not fit the style whatsoever.

The jacuzzi and shower water was extremely cold and they could not or would do anything about it until the next day. Even after checking out they still refuse to address the issue.

One day our room was not cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels twice before they finally brought them. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room which I was kind of surprised by. It made the fact that there was only one working ice machine for nine floors of rooms that much more inconvenient. I was disappointed that there was no hot tub in the pool area.. We did not use the pool because of this. My wife used the tub in the room and said that there could have more bars/hand holds to get in and out of the tub with.

The hot breakfast was very good. We had room service from the bar one night and that was good. Good water pressure in the bathroom was good.
