You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no soap or something to hold drinking water in (like a disposable cup). This is understandable given its extended stay focus that a traveler would bring their own things, but we arrived late, and it was the only available reasonably rated option. It would have been helpful if we had been advised in advance.

United States of America1) room stunk: one or two of my pillows smelled like dirty hair and cheap cologne, but visually appeared clean. 2) Cutting corners to save money compromises my sense of security: new procedure of not staffing the front desk after hours which means no one greets you if you’re returning from a late night; if your key card doesn’t work upon late night arrival, you have to use the newly installed wall phone…not safe at all. One evening I witnessed a tense interaction with the front desk staff and a woman with a man who appeared to be trying to bully the staff into giving them a room….had staff not been present and/or if my card key didn’t work, what recourse or security would I have had if I encountered those people upon my late night return?
1) Familiarity: I’ve stayed at this location many times. 2) very quiet room 3) bath/shower and sink appeared very new, with WORKING drain stopper, and nice shower head

United States of AmericaThere were no soaps in the room, I had to request from the front desk. There were no silverware/dishes/pans in the room, they have to be requested from the desk. This wasn't a huge deal for my stay, but I found it odd considering that is a perk of an Extended Stay hotel. The breakfast was dismal, tiny packaged muffins and granola bars. The beds seemed small for a queen, but I did not have a measuring tape to verify them.
Check-in was smooth and quick, only took about 5 minutes. The room was spacious and clean. The internet access was easy to set-up. The location was convenient for my trip and I will likely stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe room when I booked said 2 queen beds, but thier queen beds look like twinXL Was very noisy with the people across the hall going outside to smoke all hours of the night and at 630am 2 guys were remodeling a room 1 door down across the hall making all kinds of noise on a Sunday no less And glued wall floor trim on it with a fan blowing in to dry it. The smell was horrible. And they sat on buckets in the hall speaking loudly to each other I went out to desk to ask for a manager but I was told that there was no manager on the site yet. I left at 10:45am and there still wasn't a manager.
The manager upgraded our room because my granddaughter didn't like 1 first room.
