One of the lights in the bathroom had no on/off switch so it stayed on 24/7. Had to close the door so I could sleep. The table that was next to the TV had a loose bolts on the legs and almost fell to the floor I had to re-tighten them by hand. One of the lamps next to the bed didn’t even have the bolts to hold the shade on it was just sitting on it.

One room had a very potent scent that never went away, even with the window open. The pool looked like it hadn’t been used or cleaned in years. There was a lot of people living here and even though there were signs that said no pets, there were multiple dogs.

The price was good and the bed was very comfortable.

The room could use some sprucing up. The main part of the sweet was a little dated but okay. The bathroom was clean but very dated and worn out. Could use some common repairs.

I didn't like the fact that the worker showed me of 5 second clip of something I was doing when I was by myself in the room. I didn't like the fact that he told me I'm only allowed to have female guests that look good I didn't like the fact that they tricked me into pain and extra day the day before my reservation was up. And I didn't like how they asked me what I would do to get my whole deposit back I was asked if I was a d********** I was asked if I would s******** to keep my money

I liked when I checked out because then I wouldn't have to be verbally or sexually harassed. Lhhllll,

This hotel is being renovated and should not be open to guests. All windows covered up, couldn't see out. Hallways not carpeted just underlay - a trip hazard, outside our room it was covered in coffee stains. No bulbs in lamp, shade just left on desk. No towels in room. TV not connected, small TV placed in front of it but no remote. Booking.com advertised this hotel with a pool, which is the main reason we booked, the pool was competely concreted over!

They're currently under construction this wasn't advertising the booking also I booked it due to the pool which has been cemented over as far as the rooms were exceptional and very clean What book again if could afford the price is steep too costly

The beds were very comfortable, that is the only thing that was good. The faucet at the sink was even attched,the lever had to be held with a plastic knife. Microwave did not work. Carpet was nasty. Bed ruffle was ripped. Lampshades were bad. Curtains very very outdated. Fire alarm had a base but thar was all. Bathtub disgusting,no way would I shower there. No eggs on breakfast. 6-9am is not long enough. No handbars for disability purposes. Commode not a true disability setup. Commode lid stained. Towels a little skimpy,only one washcloth for 2 people. Furniture needs to go to trash.

Clean, friendly and easy people to meet and talk to. Everyone was so loving, welcoming and caring. You saw families with their children and pets. Staff, I can’t recall her name but she had a beautiful tan and she even chastised me for smoking cigarettes. She said “you need to quit “. Those words are just resonating in my mind and it’s the Lord. Forgive me Father! I enjoyed my stay!!!

Everything about the hotel was terrible walk up to the front desk to check in go to go down the hall and it is completely blocked off and looks like a bomb went off. It smells like sewer terribly bad. Our room was completely wrong and front desk would not give us the room that we booked and would not help at all so my oldest son had to sleep on the hard floor with only one blanket underneath because the front desk would not give us any extra

When we arrived and got into our room, our toilet was not working. I went down and addressed the issue and the front desk lady came up with maintenance and fixed it. Then we discovered we had ants in our room and they got into our dinner that we brought in. Then our tv wasn't working. I went to the front desk and talked to "Cyn" she understood our problems and decided to move us rooms. Once we were moved everything was good. Cyn helped us out and was AMAZING!!!
