Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesAn infant was in the hot tub with his parents or with some other adult. When they left, I noticed a brownish foam had formed in the hot tub. I got out of it immediately and reported the incident to the front desk. I did not return to the pool area for the remainder of my stay.

United StatesThe rooms are modern, but that means cold and echoes. It's just the current style of today, that isn't warm and inviting, which bothers me. Regarding breakfast, I'm very concerned about the use of Styrofoam dishes from an environmental standpoint.
Bed was firm which I loved. I was very tired after being on the road driving for 10+ hours. Breakfast was decent.

United StatesI did ask for more towels upon checking room and they were not on room when we returned. Spouse had to go down and get them. Tried to purchase chips and bottled water to take to room. We were told we coul not use cash because they couldn't give us change. Tried to use debit card but wasn't working right and the desk person couldn't help us with it so we did not get our snacks.
Liked location convenient to family. Breakfast was very good lots of selections. Kept very clean and replenished as needed.

United StatesHousekeeping seemed to be having some problems. Our room wasn't clean, and they skipped us entirely one day. Another day they ran out of clean towels. They could do a better job of keeping the breakfast items stocked. I also wish they would use paper plates and cups instead of plastic. The recycling bin was a joke because there was nothing to recycle.
The location was convenient, but the long access road should have a sign. It would be hard to spot at night. Our room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet during the 5 nights we were there. Breakfast included several healthy options, and the breakfast area was bright and pleasant.

I liked the proximity to the highway. It was easy on and easy off. It is close to lots of places to eat, but is not really in a city per se. If you are looking for a nice place to lay your head after a long drive, this is it.

Front desk workers were very friendly! In the morning, the only person working the desk was also sweeping & mopping the floors while striking up conversations with the customers. Very hard working, friendly staff. Also asked for adjoining rooms and they found a way to give us that!

United StatesPancake machine was always glitching out. Morning manager had to keep adjusting it to make it work. Hot water wasn't always available when coming in past midnight, sometimes would to have something hot to put me to sleep, had to microwave water in my room.
Great choices for breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Helpful staff. Concierge for example, called restaurants/bars to see if they were still open when I checked in late at night so I wouldn't be just driving aimlessly at night.
