Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesLoud music while I was trying to take a nap by construction workers . Originally they tried giving me old out dated rooms that had holes in the curtains and a bad burnt popcorn smell. I then inquired to front desks about getting rooms that are already done being renovated and that made it happen with no problems.
The place was under construction for renovations. It was noisy but we were only there for one night.

United StatesThe rooms could be better, they were somewhat old but they’re remodeling. Some floor tiles were loose and the headboard had a tear. The bathtub was very slow draining.
Excellent location, conveniently close to many restaurants and shopping centers plus few minutes away from downtown. The staff was great and helpful the breakfast was amazing. A very quiet place to stay.

Omelets were good. Suite size is nice. Quiet place pitch dark at night is awesome.

DenmarkThe drink machine nozzle did not appear to have been cleaned, but yet only stayed for one night so I do not know if they clean it after we left.
The location was perfect for us, as we wanted just a short trip into Dallas before going to Fort Stockton. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was as expected. The staff was friendly and kept the breakfast stocked nicely.

United StatesThe pool area , needs some kind of water heating devise also the area needs heat in the room ,not much but atleast keep the pool area at 75° room temperature durning the cold days only so the guests will be able to enjoy the pool and during the summer pool room cool at 73° pool water cold then , it will bring more business and keep alot more business , having your rooms running out , filled up ....!!!
