Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI’d hoped for a room with a view of a beach but as this was Orlando, it would have been unlikely.
This property is very convenient for the airport. My room was very clean as was the bedding. King size bed which was very comfortable. The property provides a self service breakfast which is mostly geared to US customers. It’s a safe area , has a 711 about 70 yds away and a Mc D’s 200yds or so. (There’s a small pool too, well looked after. ) All staff were really nice and helpful.

Costa RicaThe breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. It was very good,nicely presented and clean and offered many choices. The staff was helpful and friendly especially James. The room also exceeded my expectation, it was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and I felt safe. The only issue I had was the confusion with airport shuttle. I was not provided enough information before arrival so I had to ask multiple people at the airport then finally call the hotel to get them to pick us up. I would stay with this hotel again.

United StatesUpon arrival the phone number for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport listed on booking.com was incorrect. It was the regular holiday inn that was listed. Both locations helped us after we arrived at the wrong holiday inn to get to the correct location but after being tired from a long day of work & school, then flight delays this was not ideal. It added overall another hour and half to our trip which should have been only about 30 minutes. Please update the shuttle service number to the correct phone number on booking.com
This was a great place to stay for a night before heading to our Disney resort. The cost was phenomenal and it was very clean with a good breakfast selection.

United StatesThe issue for me was the location as I do most of my business around International Drive and in downtown Orlando. I actually meant to book the Holiday Inn on International Drive but made a mistake at time of booking that I unfortunately could not change. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour to check-in because I arrived a bit before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM.
The staff was professional and friendly and the hotel itself is fine. The room was pretty standard but it was clean and orderly and everything worked as expected including having plenty of hot water.
