Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We had a very nice newly renovated room that was comfortable. We were given two bottles of water a day which was nice with the Las Vegas heat! The location of the hotel was right of the strip so very easy to get around. We were surprising our daughter and one of the staff took a video of the surprise for us. It was a great stay!

United StatesThe parking lot is under construction but you use the one behind hotel so not bad. I have no complaints at all . Family friendly and also a private hotel also .
So where to begin! The staff first is great. The property was not grand but it was very nice . The rooms are so larger and the pool was clean . This is now our new hotel for vegas . Party of 7 two one bedroom suites. And dont forget the monorail is legit right there so when drinking no taxi/car needed!

United StatesI didn’t like that they didn’t have places to eat a full breakfast or other food options inside the hotel and you have to walk a long ways to get to the resort next to it to find something to eat and catch the tram to get to where the action is.
The location was ok. This hotel is more for a family with kids so if you’re looking to be in the middle of the action then this is not the hotel you want to stay at.

United StatesIt is a hotel in Vegas with the same name, we booked the one next door to the fair grounds upon arrival they told us we was supposed to be at this location. I firmly believe they overbooked and switched us without telling me. Because I called the hotel myself and they told me this was the location I was supposed to be.

ItalyThe pool can be renew, with more beach umbrellas, to give better impression. The kitchen extractor hood, if connected with outside pipe could be better.
The room was perfect in size, with right sized kitchen and provided of all the household appliance you need. The room was clean, and comfortable. The location is really good, not in the strip but just near, and near the monorail train station.

United StatesWe were missing a pillow for the pull-out bed supplies, but we were able to share since the king had four pillows. There was a Q-tip on the floor in the area with the bathtub, and some hairs in the bathtub. Other than that, it was exceptionally clean. We didn't like when our neighbors in the adjoining room came home at 1 am and were loud. However, we recognize that no one could control or prevent this. We would have liked some paper towels or dish clothes for the kitchen. But it wasn't critical.
It was spacious and comfortable. Loved the Market! We had an unforeseen need, and it was nice to just goes downstairs and pickup what we lacked. We were in town for a tournament and stayed close to the venue. Decided to spend the last night somewhere different before heading home. I'm glad we did! We appreciated the free parking, the good lighting, the free WIFI, the refrigerator, the fresh smell in the hallways, and the quiet away from the Strip.
