Old furniture, some broken. Didn't actually have the room I had requested, but had no prob getting me into one. Dire lack of electrical plug-ins. Frig didn't seem to be working well. SMELLED BAD.

United States of AmericaThis hotel was horrible no water pressure in the shower, only drips of water coming out of the shower head. Had to take a bath. Toilets barely flushed. The owner switched us rooms and that room was even worse. I would rate it a 0 if possible. I had other family members staying at this hotel as well and same issues. We shouldn't have had to deal with any issues as we were there to bury our father/grandfather. Terrible experience overall. Heritage House Inn, in Muleshoe, TX was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I should receive a partial refund if not the entire amount.
The staff was very polite and friendly.

United States of AmericaProperty was run down, parking lot needed mowing it literally had cracks in the ashphalt with weeds growing out of them. The first room I had had no A/C, the bed had rips in the sheets and was room was nasty. Second room had A/C, dead bugs in the window and floor, no water pressure and the towels smelled dirty and looked that way too. Also when I arrived the front desk had no clue that I have reservations. He had to call the owner in India to find out whether I did or not.

United States of AmericaBed sheets were see thru old and tearing. Spider webs on ceiling. Room dusty. Refrigerator dirty . Stains on wall . Dead bugs. Furniture old and stained. No coffee in room. Coffee machine moldy in room No continental breakfast or coffee offered like it said on website. It was very disappointing I can't believe booking.com does not check this place out. It used to be a nice place to stay. Being this is a small town unfortunately this was the best.
Got a bottom floor room. No stairs as I requested.

United States of AmericaThe rooms were full of dust, the coffee pots had burnt old coffee and someone else's left over rotisserie chicken was left in tbe refrigerator. The first night we woke up to bugs on the pillows and the next afternoon a large bug crawled on my foot as I laid on the bed. The carpets were dirty .
