Front desk staff. One lady in particular, very rude and every time we would go down at night to the front lobby she was with a random guy flirting and making out behind the desk and in front of other guests. Thats was very inappropriate and uncomfortable to go ask for what we needed.

Which we were grateful for. Microwave was dirty. Main bedroom toilet didn't work. TV remote was missing batteries. All of those weren't a huge deal because overall the stay was nice, but when I informed the front desk in the morning at checkout there was no apologies whatsoever, which I thought was strange.

Breakfast was great and glad that it started so early, as we are early risers. The room is well appointed with lots of space. The king bed is very comfortable with good linens. Our room wasn't ready and the receptionist switched us to another room so we can check in on time, Which we were grateful for.

The room was so much better than what we thought. It was so huge and comfortable. My kids and ourselves loved the pool area and mini golf area. The breakfast in the morning was so refreshing and delicious.

Have the pool ready. Keep cookies stacked, serve real food like sausage and eggs and more fruit. Get rid of unhelpful front desk worker. Not the one on the 11th of August in the morning she was nice but the one in the evening on 08/09 worst service I’ve ever seen and not helpful, knowledgeable , or welcoming. Also not enough soaps or wash cloths provided to accommodate 5 guests. Also, the bar was depressing and so was the bar staff.

Accessibility is thru a side alley in a commercial area Attention to details in cleaning may need work: I reached my hand into a shelf & encountered some brown substance. We needed the sofa-bed, but could not figure out how to make it work: called desk: told there were “handles”: could not find: desk sent someone up: turns out there is a “rope pull” that was not visible. Had to make second call to get bedding: mattress pad & two sheets simply dumped on the bed. Luckily, the person in the bed (me) didn’t need the duvet due to next issue, so could give to person on sofa-bed A/C seems to need work, as the building is a sort of Stalinesque monolith without shade & the instructions provided were simply for turning on & off. Limited cooling at first At 11:30 PM, another call to the desk: several adults were in festive mode at the pool with loud music, and given the construction of the building, the sound carried right into the room. Desk was unaware that the pool was still in use after closing hour (11 PM) but said they would send someone to look into it.
