The facility has obviously seen better days. One elevator working. Rooms look tired. Paint peeling. TV not working. A real disappointment.

Great location in downtown Montgomery, near restaurants and bars and river front. Staff was friendly and we had a clean and spacious room. They offered a free hot breakfast too. Montgomery turned out to be much livelier in the weekend then expected.

The rooms and hotel were very dated and in dire need of refurbishment, the cleanliness of rooms weren’t great in the books behind the door and where the floor meet the skirting board.

The bed was comfy and the staff were really friendly and helpful, valet although quite expensive was easy to deal with and didn’t take long. Location was very good, close to dreamland and the biscuit stadium

The lack of refrigerator in the room was disappointing, and I have learned from the experience. Perhaps we are spoiled, but it is really an expectation to have a way to keep food and drinks cold. It would be even better to have a microwave, but the fridge is a must.

The friendliness of every employee we saw and met was absolutely outstanding! I am so very thankful for the warm reception and caring attitude of the staff.

Great location . Short walk to the Legacy Museum. Nice restaurants nearby. Valet parking v expensive at $29 plus tax per night but we parked nearby for $10 so not a problem. Room was spacious. Breakfast ok.

The breakfast fell way below expectations as there was not a lot of options. Only managed to get an egg,sausage,a waffle and juice. Their breakfast menu could use a bit of updating and also they should replenish the food. Breakfast is 6 to 10,I got there around 9.30 and whatever pastries had been there were finished and they did not add any and a lot of people came in after me.

The hotel is in a nice central place with close proximity to nice restaurants and a good night life. It made for the perfect weekend getaway. Check in was fast and efficient.

The room wasn't clean. When we arrived, we checked for bedbugs, of course, but then used wet wipes on everything else. It was dirty. The remote, door handles, lamps, tables all needed a better cleaning. And unfortunately, we didn't much like the mold in the shower corners or the missing baseboard and VERY shaky shower doors. We have encountered that before at another Hampton, and we may be changing hotels as a result. Lukewarm water was not good, either. And what's this "we clean your room every OTHER day?" For the amount you charge, you really should be providing better room service. Finally, powered eggs? Rubbery sausage? Breakfast = bleh! I really miss the breakfasts we used to get at Hampton, not to mention the afternoon cookies!

Your staff is excellent. Very friendly and fast to respond at the front desk, breakfast area, and valet. We spent time visiting with a friend in the lobby, too, and encountered friendly staff again and again.

Valet parking is too pricey ! No other hotel parking options were available. Parking options were street or paid parking deck. We were blessed to have free weekend parking on the street without feeding the meter during the weekend. Sofa in the room was NOT comfy at all.

Location,value, and facilities were outstanding. Had no real issues. Breakfast was super delicious. Great friendly staff. Definitely recommend staying for downtown activities.
