filthy pig stye sleeping room and hallways and exterior grounds were all gross. I watched 8 people go into one room, kids unsupervised playing in hallways till after midnight smoking of cigarettes and weed outside the back door people putting cigarette buts on the ground, eating outside and throwing wrappers on the ground my room was disgusting. There was old gum on the floor in 3 places, floors were filthy dirty, refrigerator opened wrong way so it was difficult to use. light bulbs not functioning, NO TOWELS AT ALL, debris from cooking in kitchen sink strainer. doors slammed all night up

Breakfast very limited. Floors in my room were dirty, food on the floor and the sink was dirty. The floor being dirty was very concerning because flooring is much easier to clean than carpet. It was apparent the floors were not mopped.

Bed was comfortable. Although I did not use the refrigerator and stove I did like the option of having them in the room if needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing was clean. There were hairballs on my room floor. The counters and bathroom were barely wiped down. You could see the half way attempt but still dirty. Pink mold was in the shower. I'm glad I brought my can of lysol! Also, at breakfast, the milk cartons were expired by 3 days! The bagels were old. Nothing was edible except the sealed peanut butter condiment packs.

The most important thing to know is that this is not a new hotel, but an old hotel that has undergone renovations, which were not of the best quality. The room was dark, with a lot of unexplained stains on the sink and countertop in the bathroom, and hair on the floor. The floors in the room were strangely sticky. The continental breakfast was a joke, consisting of only two rolls and yogurt. Perhaps all of this could have been overlooked since we arrived late and did not want to deal with it, but I forgot some of my belongings there. When I called several times to ask about them, I was told that nothing had been found at all, which was not true. So if you don't want to sleep in filth and lose some of your belongings, do not stay in this terrible place.

Online special request form for extra pillows for my broken foot was overlooked/ignored? They were not in room. My foot was just to sore to get up to door so I did not call to desk to ask for them. I'm short, be prepared to 'climb' into bed. lol Some kind of directions to work tv would be nice. Also an info sheet of food delivery, grocery, etc. would also be nice. A comfy chair in room would be nice. No big infractions or issues. Nice place, clean place. Comfy bed.

I was late, so i missed all 'warm' offerings. But they had individual wrapped rolls, breakfast burritos, bagels, cereals, juice, yogurt. Being late they still let me have breakfast. Nice staff. King bed was very comfortable!

The fridge opens the wrong way in 223. You get stuck by the table opening the fridge. Easy fix to change door opening. Baseboards are already coming unglued. The renovation looks rushed and some quality was compromised. Needs more dishes and glassware. ***The desk below the TV is a complete safety hazard and should be replaced. It is on 4 rolling wheels that move on the slightest touch, especially when the floor isn't level. If a person needs support getting up off the chair, if the used the desk as support, the desk and chair will wheel away and the person will fall to the ground and get hurt*** even a rug might make it move less, but I would replace the desks with no wheels or locking wheels. Bed is very tall.

The large fridge. Bathroom was nice. Lots of room. Bed was comfy. AC was very cold in 90 degree weather.
