our room which cost 859. 00 for 3 nights which is alot of money the room was dated and old looking. The bed uncomfortable the tub had a broken drain. The shower was Luke warm at its best. The room was way over priced.

Stairs and no elevator for my sister with a cane and friend who walks very slowly Food was fair . It looks like a motel even though the photos made it appear more luxurious! Guy was smoking a cigar by fire pit and we asked him to put it out and he replied he’s allowed to smoke there.

We tripped, when first entering the room, as, there wasn't a kick plate on the door jam. I complained, but, it didn't get fixed. Also, would recommend hand rails in the bathtub. (us elderly people need a little something to hold on to) Also, the shower head was extremely high. I'm 5'8, and, had to get on my tip toes to move the shower head. (a hand rail would have made it a little safer to get on my tip toes) There was also, long black hairs on the shower curtain, that, weren't mine.

The pool and cabana bar was really nice. The staff when checking in were welcoming and friendly. The cabana staff were really nice.

I felt like the place could use some clean up. Janitor closet looked bad ac units need to be painted. If could have used some more cleaning on the stairs coming up to the rooms

Layout of room Bathroom too cramped, no vanity space AC loud Overall, simple maintenance needed in resort...sweep the stairs, caulking needed everywhere, painting for handrails,baseboards. Employ a good maintenance person to just do overall maintenance would be dollars so well spent.

The amount of bees was beyond annoying, the cleaning staff for the room was beyond rude, and the pool had a lot of bugs in it. We booked last minute due to an issue elsewhere so had a room that the view was a roof and the bathroom sink was so tiny, no counter for stuff.

The view was spectacular, the pool and beach were amazing and the food at the restaurant was delicious! The shower water pressure was heaven!

We lost power the first night of our trip. The entire village lost power so it wasn’t the resorts fault, however the generator took at least 40 minutes to get started.

Only thing I would say and it's silly but need mirrors in the room if that's possible.

The hotel was in a great location. The staff that I had interactions with were very friendly. Texting service was nice they always got back to you within a timely manner. Food was good.

That the pool area didn’t allow you to bring snacks and drinks and that tel here was no jacuzzi. Also it would have been nice to have some umbrellas by the pool to provide shade

The hotel is def more of a motel vibe. Lakefront beach area very small. Breakfast options were small and not great, although it was cheap. AC didn't work that well.

The pool, pool cafe, were nice with beautiful views. Perfect location for Lake George Village.
