You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Statesac was stuck at 68. they pounded on the door at 10 to make sure were leaving at 11pm. we were still asleep..the volume on remote is see at 25 you can barely hear it. i guess so know will blast it off.. everything was dirty. my sheets smelled and doors were fifty. never again.

They gave me a room with devil worshiping stuff carved on the wall and then sent us to another room that never even got cleaned!!!! So we went down again, mind you I use a walker so climbing stairs is a struggle... 3rd room the bed was as hard as the floor. After a very extensive surgery there was no way possible to sleep on that bed. So nothing to like here. They don't care about who stays there. So money hungry that they didn't refund money.......we got another room. Booking.com was willing to refund since they couldn't give us what the website states. Trashy room. Did not meet our expectations

Had to check in through a window then they charge me an additional $40 for checking in before 2pm. When I did a check at 10 on line???? The stairs were flimsy it is definitely not up to code. I feel like a deserve a refund. Runned by Pagastianian people. So they are very polite but it was crappy hotel. Next time I'm getting a air bb.

United StatesThere was only digital channels, the channels would go in and out while watching a show. The toilet kept running in the tank after flushing. The water pressure was low at the sink, but fair with the shower head pressure. You had to put the hot water all the way on to get it warm enough to shower and put the cold water almost down low, until you could shower. The bed mattress, King size was good, a little harder than what w are used to at home.
