Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

United StatesFirst of all, the photos shown on website were NOT what we got! Only photos shown were the nicer rooms (IF they are even legit) The stairs to the room were rotted and falling apart. The lock on door was wobbly and didn't feel safe. The room was tiny! The whole room smelled musty. Terrible location, right off the street where people lurking all hours of the night. Didn't feel safe at all! Has to move little end table to put in front of door in case someone broke in. Window had a large crack in it. Towells were stained and dirty. Bed sounded like it was going to fall apart. Toilet plugged up right away. No hot water. This was a terrible stay and will NEVER go there again Felt disgusting leaving there just from staying in the place.

I love the rooms & location. I DO NOT believe it's ok to charge a pet "cleaning fee", like it's a Airbnb and even for a service animal. What the what?!??? My entire stay my tv just didn't work. Javier came to my room 3 times to rig the t, tape it, eventually in end basically saying sorry about my luck. That's over half the reason I'm relaxing is cuz I'm relaxing watching tv. For the money I was charged, they should of fixed the problem or offered a compensation.

United StatesThe atmosphere was bad. We didn't even end up staying there. The door wouldn't lock, the bathroom was old, the toilet was about to fall apart. The guy at the front desk made a point that we paid way less than we should've and we should have paid more. We didn't feel safe in the space and none of the online pictures matched what we got. This is a motel for people to stay long term, but the guy in the room next to us was smoking right outside. The ac unit was falling apart and the dresser was breaking. We ended up driving home after our show. Do not recommend if you have a family. The other residents kept looking into our car so we had to move it to keep it safe.
