The hotel policies were strange and annoying; you can smoke inside (as they want you to spend money on tables) but can’t even vape in open air by pool; weren’t allowed to move pool beds to face sun; were very inconsistent on room charging policy - needed photo ID to buy a coffee in morning but no ID required to run up large bill by the pool

Brand new and finished to a high quality. Rooms were fantastic, casino is decent if you don’t mind less traditional feel and pool area was beautiful

Everyone that worksn there was great! The beds were soooo comfortable. The hotel was so beautiful and clean! The restaurants had delicous food and the price of the hotel was reasonable.

The pool closed at 7pm and the one day we had time to go, they were closed it early at 6pm. It was a Saturday and we found out at 5:30 when we went down. I didn’t see any signage stating that or see any text or email regarding the early closure.

It was very beautiful and clean. My understanding is that it’s very new.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Durango in Las Vegas, and I can honestly say it was a flawless experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool closes early mon-sun @7pm except friday, it closes at 10pm

I feel this hotel is going more towards an upscale adult clientele I don’t think kids should be allowed but that’s just my choice I like Adult only resorts other than that everything was amazing !

This property is new & beautiful and has a very upscale vibe. It’s away from the strip but if you want a spot that has a beautiful pool area , great rooms, plenty of dining options this is a great vacation spot!

There weren't any spa services. But it is a new hotel and they are still building out the property.

The room was incredible, the casino was clean and nice. The food hall was also great. I loved that Valet was complimentary with the stay. The pool area was beautiful. Not too far from the strip maybe 15mins at the most but it is also really close to shopping areas (groceries, CVS/Walgreens, etc)

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Durango Resort & Casino. It exceeded our expectations in every area. From staff, room , pool , places to eat. It was just an overall great time ! Would definitely go back.

We did not like how early the pool closed at 7pm. It should be open later or at least until Sundown for summer.

Absolutely beautiful property! Great, fine, dining restaurants, as well as very good food court options. Unlike many casinos, lots of windows and light. We got lucky and upgraded to a suite!

Not a lot of breakfast options at this location.

This hotel is brand new and you can tell. The elevators are fast. There's never a line. We also stayed at the Sahara and their elevators were horrible. Beds were super comfortable. There was ALWAYS someone cleaning the public restrooms. There's a heavy sliding door to the room's bathroom and a glass door separating the toilet. So good soundproofing. At the Sahara there was a broken sliding door so you could hear your partner's bowel movements. No thanks. The casino was brightly lit and not a dimly lit depression hole like other hotels. There's a cute cafe Vesta coffee. Since this location is off the strip there's plenty of parking. If I'm ever in Vegas again we will be sure to stay here again.

Upon checking out before 11 am, housekeeping knocked at our door and asked if we’re checking out today, I felt rushed, and didn’t like that. We ended up rushing out and forgetting a few unimportant items that we had wanted to bring with us.

The second front desk person was great, we arrived an hour before checkin, was told our room wasn’t ready. I waited 45 mins after checkin began before going back to front desk, room was still not ready, we were graciously upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise!

Music too loud at the pool, could not concentrate on reading a book. No quiet space at the pool. They are really catering to the young crowd.
