I have hesitated to write this review. The door to my room was warped and did not totally close by the floor. I put luggage in front of it to feel safe. At the time this really bothered me but ultimately the hotel was ok.

The location was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly

There was no breakfast as advertised. The drawers in the night table were dirty. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The hotel was further from our destination than indicated when booking

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, with good water pressure. Having a fridge was helpful for food and drinks.

Everything they false advertising is bad it says that they do breakfast they don’t we had to change our rooms because they smelled and they wasn’t clean at all very disappointed

Dirty diapers in trash can, Science project in refrigerator, Dried blood on toilet paper, Hepatitis can survive from 5 - 7 days, not good. As I walking through the passage way going out for dinner, got hit by a metal door from the laundry room by the employees, need to look before they open the door if anyone is walking by.

Hot water was good.

Roaches were in the room and on bed, dirty towels, and washed clothes. Shower curtain dirty.

1. The included breakfast was very limited, so we ate elsewhere both mornings. Even coffee wasn't available until 7AM. 2. Although rooms were marked Non-Smoking, our room smelled of smoke & the people next door to us were smoking in their room. 3. Seems like this location houses long-term residents; a school bus even came by for student pick-up both mornings.

It could be cleaned a lot better mattress was in bad shape over all the state was very good but they could do a little better cleaning

I liked that. They excepted my pets and the location is very nice and convenient to many places to eat, grocery stores, gas and shops

We checked in at the front desk, then immediately went out to eat dinner before going to our room. Upon returning to the hotel and entering our room, we noticed a musty odor and a few dead mayflies on one of the beds. At this point we were not comfortable to stay there. We went.to the front desk where we were referred to a gentleman working there. He told us of a local issue with mayflies, that they are harmless and they are not permitted to spray for them. We asked if we could be refunded and we'd like to find another hotel. He declined our request to refund stating that if only we'd come to him 2 hours earlier, he would have refunded us. So, if it's something they'd refund for, we don't know why 2 hours later would change that. In all fairness, maybe they did not believe us when we said we had just gone into the room for the first time after we had dinner out. They did bring other sheets for us to put on the bed, but we both slept on the 2nd bed rather than making the bed ourselves. Bottom line is we did stay since they would not refund, but it's bad business in our opinion to make us still pay for the room with any kind of dead bugs on the sheets. The people there were nice, but staying in what felt like a dirty room was not.

We liked the location, and the lady at the front desk was polite and friendly.

Our “non smoke room” smelled like weed. Shower curtain was disgusting, had brown & red all over the bottom, then to top it off the towels for the shower were dirty.

We arrived at night and there were no lights in the walkway to the room. Breakfast was included yet the only option was bagels, toast, pancakes and cereal. There was no working bathroom in the lobby. The room wasn't terrible but the sheets had stains and overall nothing was as clean as it could have been. The hotel looked dated and dingy.

It was right off the highway.

The main bulb was blown making the room dark. They were cleaning up the complimentary breakfast before 10 am. The room was dirty and dresser drawers were very hard to open. The mattresses were very soft. I felt springs.

For 2 adults the room only had one washcloth. I requested a king size bed but was given two full beds. Parents did not control their children. They were running down the hall at 10:30 at night.

The floors in our room were filthy. Our feet/socks were black just from 1 evening walking around. Our room had a broken latch lock. Not the one on the door handle, the extra one above it. They also did not have enough wash clothes. Our room had zero. I went to the office to request more and he gave me 2. We had 4 people. He said they didn't have enough to give out. Definitely not worth $150/night. Will not stay there again.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. My kids liked the pancake maker!
