Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesLimited and tight parking. Jacuzzi looked filthy and murky. Very noisy being on bottom floor and on major road side. No dish soap and sponge to do dishes.
Room was comfortable and spacious for 3. Loved having a full kitchen and daily breakfast included and had many options. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and the DL parks. Nice pool and amenities for entertainment. Friendly staff and clean, we'll groomed grounds.

CanadaIf we had cooked more meals in the room we didn't have enough kitchen amenities. The breakfast was okay, with adequate variety, but quality not very good.
The unit was clean and comfortable and had nice decor and furniture. The kitchen was missing a lot of items we needed for preparing meals, cooking and cleaning up with. We asked at the front desk for some cleaning items and they provided them for us. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the and room was a good size. Our group enjoyed the breakfast but the quality was not always great. One member didn't feel good after eating and remained hesitant to eat the remaing visit. The hotel was accommodating in letting us store and charge the rental scooter, The pool and hot tub was enjoyable. There was a nice sitting and BBQ area. The location to the entrance of Disneyland was close and there were nearby restuarants to choose from to eat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and really liked the fact that we could share a unit with grandparents and family of 4 comfortably. Walk to Disneyland easily.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, speedy service. Nice place to stay with your family, with the amenities that were included i.e, playground, kid activity room, pool, basketball court, laundry room, complementary breakfast and BBQ area. Nice area, close to Disneyland, stores and restaurants.

United StatesWe got the bi-loft for our family and it was a great size. Breakfast was good and had good options. There were plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy. My kids loved the kids room where they were able to run around, play, read, draw, etc. They are pet friendly and they were accommodating. It's located near restaurants and Disneyland Park which was great!

United StatesBath towels are very small and scratchy (they did give us all we needed though). Provided trash cans, particularly in the kitchen, were small for a family and filled regularly. Trash bags ripped when trying to remove. Not a lot of counter space or storage in loft bath. No way to completely block off bottom stairs from crawling baby. Open loft with bed under open loft wall was nerve racking with curious toddler. Had to watch her constantly. Wish there was some type of rail or dividers behind loft bed for that reason. While it is possible to walk 10-15 minutes to Disney parks it’s very rough in 100 degree heat with babies and toddlers. No shuttle to parks and the only bus service, ART (public bus system), to get to and from Disney parks was frustrating. They would stop or cancel service on the Clementine or Clementines/ Hotel route often. Parking near our unit was limited. Had to often park pretty far away.
Size of the unit and the kitchen are great for long stays with the family, especially with a baby who is still bottle fed. Lots of sleeping spaces. Carpet, paint, furniture, some fixtures were updated and clean. Included breakfast was very good.
