Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The security and safety inside was great. The openness of casino floor also very good. First time staying on Freemont Street and that outside area still feels unsafe. Too crowded for a small space. The strip has more room. The legacy club was beautiful and views were great. Also the restaurant selection were great. Bars served great drinks too.

CanadaI understand ID’ing at the door each time, as it is a 21+ establishment. There should however be a separate line for hotel guests rather than the general public visiting. After a long day it was a little annoying to have to wait in a line to get back into our hotel to rest. Other than that it was perfect.
The property was fantastic! Beautifully clean and stadium swim was a blast watching the Monday Nighter. Almost felt like a live event with the cheering fans. Really appreciated having a fridge in the room. I felt safe on the property, and the elevator systems were phenomenal. Would absolutely stay here again.

All your food was really good. I like that you can walk of hotel on to Fremont street in the evening it was a party atmosphere, but honestly I spend over 90% of my time at the pool and casino. It's was fun.
