What a fabulous base for a stay in San Francisco - the staff were excellent, very helpful and were always available. The room was lovely, very clean, everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable! The position being very close to Fishermans Wharf made it even better!

Check in was smooth and staff was really friendly. Didn't use all the facilities on offer but what I saw and used was very good. Location is great, a very short stroll to Fisherman's wharf and not too far from Pier 33 for an Alcatraz trip either.

Bar prices were very high so that meant we went out for drinks.

Room was a good size and two beds was a bonus. Cory view was lovely.

Parts missing from one of the pool tables. The swimming pool was very busy and frequently ran out of towels. Pool was also cleaned during operating hours. When we had a swim one morning to have the pool to ourselves a cleaner was cleaning both the floor and beds. This was over an hour after the opening hours stated.

Great location very close to various attractions. Large comfortable room. Good choice of games, although not maintained well.

The road outside is noisy. Also the airconditioning made quite some noise (even if when turned off). No refrigerator in the room, nor a coffee/tea maker.

Location, friendliness of staff, relaxed and safe atmosphere at hotel. People using the restaurant area to play games in the eventing, family friendly atmosphere. Nice gym.

Because of it's location near the port you can hear the boats honk on oggy nights (which is almost every day). Also they charge an staying fees of $44 per night to be able to use the pool, gym and basically the hotel services. They tried to charges us when we got there but after talking to reception they told us that booking.com reservations have it included in the total amount. Just be mindful of that.

the hotel is great and super well located with plenty of amenities. Great pool, free coffee in the morning and milk & cookies in the everning. It's a modern, cool, trendy place. Great value for San Francisco.

My room was great but the shower could have used some love. Paint was peeling off the tub and made it feel less than welcoming when taking a shower. Everything else was as expected. Thanks

Great location and close to so many things! Staff was kind and very welcoming! Did not get to use the amenities but loved that there was a lot to pick from. Wish I was there longer!

Swimming pool is way too small and was so packed with people that I gave up and didn’t even go in the pool.

Great location, friendly staff and nice touches (deco, family games, free coffee in the morning, biscuits and milk for the kids late afternoon) - makes for a really relaxed stay!

Our room and a lot of the others were facing the street with single glazed windows, with many gaps meaning the early morning trash collections between 5:00 and 7:00 woke us up every day. Noisy on an evening trying to get to sleep. If I visited again I would request a room on the other side of the hotel (west facing). No restaurant for breakfast, only expensive grab and go.

Perfect location. Only a five minute walk to the sea front. Bus stop to Golden Gate Bridge right outside the hotel.

We asked for a mini fridge in our room but didn't get one. The street below was quite noisy at night when we were trying to sleep. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea facilities in the room..

It was a great location. The lobby area where you could sit and eat as a group was great. Especially because you could bring your own food in. The room was big and it had a nice view of Alcatraz.

Not a fan at all of $150 deposit charged upon check-in. Certainly not a fan of the $63 parking fee. Perhaps they feel gouging for parking is the norm since parking is insane everywhere in SF. Ive never paid to park at a hotel before. Just roll it into the price so it doesn't seem so outrageous.

Having to pay for 1 night parking as a resident was a little unfair and expensive. The deluxe room was a bit tired and didn't feel 'deluxe'. The windows were single pane and were loose when opening/closing them. The fan in the bathroom didn't work even though we were told by reception that air was drawn in higher up (sometimes it worked but rarely) The aircon blew directly onto the person in the bed next to it, better to put units higher on the wall. The bar wanted to shut around 10pm which is early for a hotel bar, the bar man could be persuaded to server later but not always.

The free tea and coffee was great, the breakfast/bar area was spacious and the games for children good too. The choice of paid breakfast was decent too. Friendly staff and good rooms. Free and good sized fridge and safe for valuables. Nice to have a free pool table to play on.
