The lobby was a little tricky to find. The breakfast was kinda low with items. Perhaps it was low due to late breakfast start.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and and oilutside property, the pool, bikes, and staff.

We stayed 5 nights and didn't have the room serviced once, I would have appreciated it being topped up with toiletries, coffee without having to go down to reception each time. I found the beds too firm however that wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The view from our room was amazing! We would sit on the deck and see whale spouts on the horizon. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the go was a nice addition too, just get in early if you don't want to miss out on the fruit.

The breakfast could be better if coffee provided. And the swimming pool looks great but the water temperature might be a bit cold in rainy season. However, the coldness haven’t stopped me from enjoy the swimming the pool.

The view is stunning no matter it’s ocean front or ocean view on the second floor. Really impressed by the continence of accessing to beach. It’s easy to take a walk along the coast with many hotels around. Also, the morning yoga session among the palm trees in front of the ocean is extremely cool, calming and healing. Besides, biking around with the bicycles hotel provided is also a bonus. For sure, the Bull shed restaurant is in the hotel and attracts lots of diners from other hotels as well. My favourite part was the ocean view from the balcony with the green lawn with palm trees neatly arranged in front. Absolutely amazing and you can definitely try to read or drink in the balcony for hours. In general, the stay was fantastic and strongly recommended.

Lovely big rooms, great location for Waimea, island exploring and the beach. Yoga every morning was fab and the grab and go breakfast was very handy.

There was no closet in the room. The staff sometimes was not very friendly.

We had a nice room on the 2 floor with an amazing view of the ocean. It was very useful to have in the reception a filter water machine + ice machine. Also there is a grab and go breakfast for free. Around the hotel there are nice restaurants and places to eat.

Prices in Kauai are much higher than the other islands. Roosters will wake you up in the morning. The “to go breakfast” that contains many individually wrapped items does not really align with a hotel claiming to be eco conscious.

Location was great! Room was comfortable and clean. Great pool and loungers. Excellent location to watch the sunrise.

Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly. The pick-up breakfast was ok, but was everyday the same, and each single snack was individually wrapped in plastic which shouldn’t be happening anymore in 2023…

The location is great, just next to the Ocean and close to some shopping center and restaurants. The room was very comfortable. We were initially disappointed to have a room on the ground floor due to the more limited ocean view but in the end appeared to be very practical to have a direct access to the garden, swimming pool and ocean. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the hotel. The free morning yoga class with ocean view is a great idea. The food and service at the restaurant was great!

It is a strange mix between a two-star motel and a four-star "resort"... it charges a resort fee, which gives access to morning yoga and a (very, very basic breakfast), but can't come up with wine glasses for the room, even upon request. It has a laudable policy against botteled water (make sure though, to fill up before 10pm, when the reception closes!), but then creates loads of plastic waste, from breakfast to toilet supplies.

I booked for an ocean front room, but i felt like it was more an “ocean view” since I was on the 3rd floor. If I knew that ocean front meant 3rd floor, I would have packed lighter instead of having to have to carry my luggages up the stairs since there aren’t any elevators. Breakfast was basic grabNgo cold food. Good if you’re always on the go, but wished they had other hot/warm options too. Also, didn’t have a laundry room, but found one near by.

I like the location. It’s midway to the north shore and the harbor for napali coast. It’s close to a lot of places you might need. The bed was comfortable and big. The room had plenty of drawers for my things. I like the bike rental is accessible.

Optimal location to travel the island north and south. The Iso offers for free bycicle and water bottles to refull. It‘s worth going to bycicle path along the sea - beautiful. Grab&Go breakfast snacks available and included - good idea as many people leave for day trips / hikes. The downside: only available as of 7am without flexibility to get some earlier. Nice pool area with beautiful view.

People who vacation come with the intention of spending money. Although the grab and go breakfast is better than nothing, the hotel is missing out on offering a hot breakfast for guests. Even for a fee, guests will pay for hot breakfast at the hotel they’re staying at, and hot coffee in the breakfast room. Also, being able to purchase a cocktail at the restaurant to enjoy the view should be offered, instead of going to the property next door.

The location of the property was stellar, situated in a good location to access the north and south of the island, about 15 minutes from the airport. Our room was the room from the photo (125) and was as pictured. Steps from the water, and just to the south is an area to access the beach, although when the tide comes in, it’s virtually impossible to walk on. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby and overall a great value hotel with stunning views of the ocean and catching the sunrise in the morning.
