Very clean, modern facilities. Nice bathroom. Large comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

When I checked out I was asked how I would like the receipt. I stated email would be fine. And gave my email address. I never received a receipt to my email. When called the hotel later, I was told that since I booked through a third-party company, I would have to contact the 3rd party for the receipt. This is BS. When I check out of a hotel, I expect to have the receipts available to me then and there. I do not want to have to go to a third-party company to retrieve my receipts.

Moved to a different room or offered my money back. The conditions were unacceptable

The facility was beautiful. Our room was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. However it was -20 outside and the heat in our room did not work. We woke up and our room was 61°. When I mentioned it to the front deal she just told me they'd tell maintenance..I had to wear my winter coat in the room it was so cold.

The HVAC or the refrigerator was running loudly during the night. Had a difficult time sleeping because of the noise. Also, did not appreciate an extra $50 being charged to my room for potential damage, etc. Still waiting for the 'automatic' fee to be returned to my account.

Did not order breakfast. Do not eat breakfast. Appreciated that breakfast was offered.

The pool is so cold you can’t swim caked Asher to turn up heater was told they can’t do anything about the pool temperature. Was disappointed bc we came to just relax and swim. Probably won’t stay there again due to not being able to use the pool and they advertise for a HEATED pool

Many arguments with the manager about noise. A man showed up in a towel when she knocked. I have videos of this as well as her telling me that we could leave even though we weren’t being loud. Constant calls about noise and kids. Kids coming to our door knocking and running away. AC did not work. Terrible experience. Likely to never come back.

Hotels restaurant and bar wasn't open on Sunday. Surrounding restaurants had odd hours to be in such a location. Sports and entertainment complex across the street. If you don't like kids, not the place you want to stay. they have a lot of youth tournaments there.

Not far from all of the attractions we planned for. In a newly developing area. In two years it should be quite lively,

shower wasn’t totally spotless. we ordered a dessert and two drinks from the hotel restaurant and we’re not happy with any of them. the main thing we had issues with was that no outside food was allowed to be brought into the hotel? That’s really weird after years of traveling for baseball. Teams and families like to sit down in general gathering spots and order a pizza in for the kids or something like that and we were not allowed to do any of that. So yes it is a nice hotel but no it is not a baseball team friendly hotel.

I love the closeness of the property to the ball diamonds.

no breakfast, I’ve stayed there multiple times, every time I come in don’t get any upgrade, and when I say multiple I’m talking at least 50 days last year once a month pretty much for 5 days

The hotel is not as clean as it used to be. There were no trash bags in the trash cans in the room. The coffee in the pods was old. They are still using covid as an excuse to hand out a crappy breakfast in a bag.

The location to the fields can’t be beat.
