Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast staff was busy all the time looking after all the guests. He is a great asset to Best Western Moscow.

We stayed to nights, the second night was almost $100.00 more and we had to ask for the garages to be emptied and new towels, and more toilet paper. We didn’t leave a privacy tag on the door. It’s not the first place I’ve stayed that doesn’t come between when you stay more than one night, but I think if you paid for the night it should all reset unless you request to not have service.

Everything was good. Having the restaurant and lounge on site was amazing!

Was way to expensive but needed someone as close to Pullman WA as possible for WSU college commencement.

I'm always galled by hotels that raise their rates exorbitantly for special community events. $264 for Saturday night with an event at the U of I; $129 for Sunday night. They do it because they know people have to have a place to stay and will pay the rate. However, I wasn't in town for the event but still needed a place to stay. Even though all the other hotels in town may have done the same thing, I know this BW did raise their rates to scalp the community visitors and I will not stay at this hotel again anytime.

The hotel is very spread out. For my mildly mobility challenged spouse, it was a long walk to breakfast. She never went all the way to the front desk--it was easier to drive! Hallways are dark and dingy. Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly.

Had dinner at the restaurant. Ordered the salmon crostini thinking it would be like the other crostini I've had. It was not. I would think about not advertising cheesy French bread as a salmon crostini : ) other than that the staff were really great and the other rice bowl I ordered was yummy.

The vibe was really good throughout the hotel. Staff were really nice. The free coffee machine was awesome

Our room was quite dirty. Black hairs throughout the bathroom, bathroom counter had obviously not been wiped down after last visitor(s) and the table tops were dusty. Coffee pot and area around it were super gross. We got in late after a long day of driving and were just too tired to have to move rooms

The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. The hotel is older but comfortable. Location is great, near everything. The buffet is typical for a decent buffet no complaints. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffle, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, juices all with a big seating area. Didn’t use gym, pool, hot tub or sauna

The cost was inflated exponentially due to parents weekend. My daughter and I were not there for parents weekend and the rate we paid was crazy.

Took almost 3 hours to get help with the Roku I had requested be put in the room. It wouldn't work, but once someone finally came down we figured out the remote wasn't working.

The one down fall was the spider that was dead that was stuck on the wall. Also, the restroom in the room the water kept flowing none stop and had to keep getting up to reset it. Also, the shower head wasn't adjustable so the water kept spraying out of the tub. Very minor things not a big bother honestly.

Staff was welcoming. Fast check in and out. Pool area very clean and warm. Breakfast was very good. Dining staff was great and kept all areas clean. I liked that they had quarters available for laundry. All areas were clean. Parking was never an issue.

We were only a few miles from the WSU stadium. We got in late that night (after the game) and left fairly early the next morning. The breakfast was amazing! Would have liked to get in the pool and spa. Nice little workout room. This seemed like a very nice place. Just not a lot of time to enjoy everything.

I didn’t like the price especially since like I said in above comment .

I liked location and it was more decent than most in the area . Did not like the price gouching nor the fact we didn’t get the room we reserved because wsu football players stay there and no one said that was going to be an issue for a regular ck in time . That was so unprofessional !
