“Very elegant and conformable rooms well secured from any outside noises.”
“I am a bit disappointed in the location of my room. I asked for a high floor room which I did get but it was by the elevators which I had asked it to be away. I was right under the fitness center I was woken at 6am this morning with someone dropping his weights on the floor every 30 seconds to a minute.
I also used the fitness Centre which was very hot.
Staff members at check in was really slow and even checked the wrong person in before me.
Otherwise a good stay”
“What a lovely hotel. Easy walking distance to the French quarter and Frenchman st, but still quiet. A good bar, and nice little pool area . The staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“Excellent location, with great food /shopping options within walking distance. Grocery/liquor store directly ac the street. Our AC started leaking, we called the desk who promptly sent up Malcom who was professional and friendly and had it completely fixed in no time! Everyone was very accommodating and kind. Will stay here again and will recommend to friends and family”
“The location of the Hotel was excellent for discovery all the wonders of the French Quarter. We were given a room towards the back of the Hotel and it was very quiet. You would not have believe that we were just half a block from Bourbon Street. We find the breakfast to be of very good value. Also the free bottles of water were very much appreciated. The Hotel’s courtyard was beautiful.”
“The hotel was clean and comfortable. Bourbon Street was only 1 block away. This made walking easy.”
“We were given a very large room on the 14th floor which was very quiet. Staff very friendly and good location close to trams and restaurants.”
“The beds were very comfortable and allowed for a lot of privacy (curtains for each bed)”
