I didn't like that my stay was only for a day. Next time I will book to stay a little longer.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Ready to help with any issues or questions I had about the guest house and the area. The food was exceptional, and I wish I could have this at home as well. Lyarnah, the new manager, the daughter of the original owners, has done an amazing job to raise the standards back to what they were with the owners; as well as providing wonderful experience for a single traveller that doesn't know the area well. Very informative with suggesting places and attractions around the country that I should visit.

The mosquito nets had holes so we used our own the first night. However, on telling Simon, the staff immediately offered to change their nets, which was great.

Angella was brilliant with all the communication before arrival and cooking, and Simon was brilliant with extensive knowledge humbly offered when there. They could not have been more helpful. It is a beautiful compound the kids enjoyed running around in. The up-front prices for the artwork they display on the walls, and the bird book for sale, we're very welcome. Thank you all.

Nothing I can think of. All was great

The host and staff were very helpful and hospitable. I missed my flight which disorganised my stay dates. However, Angella ( the lovely host) re-booked everything for me, arranged an airport pick up for me at 415am We didn't leave the airport until 5am but I found my driver happily waiting for me. I was welcomed by a polite friendly gentleman and assisted me with my luggage to my room ( A whole chalet, 3 beds..lucky me)! There is freshly made tasty food everyday on request for lunch and dinner. My breakfast was a local speciality of matooke and fish. Very tasty! I loved the powerful hot shower especially after a long flight. The guest house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood ( just about 10-15 mins drive away from Entebbe town)one can enjoy a peaceful quiet sleep. It felt like home away from home. I would definitely return to stay.

The guest house has a beautiful garden and very spacious rooms. It was very clean. We were greeted by the manager when arriving that was quite late in the evening in a super friendly way. She also offered us some snacks because we could not have dinner due to our late flight. She was very nice and made us feel at home. Great place to stay in Entebbe!

Our group had such a great experience at Secrets guesthouse that we returned for another night mid-trip when back in Entebbe to drop off two team members at the airport. The rooms, bathrooms, garden area and meals are all exceptional! From now on, our trips will include first and last night stays in Entebbe at Secrets Guesthouse.

Too far from the city center and the services areas. The mattress a bit soft. The bathroom a bit small, but by a folder door, difficult to find there I guess... everything would be perfect...

The facility is really beautiful, relaxing and everything is managed with a particular care. You feel at home. The staff really nice and always available. The possibility to have also lunch and dinner is very helpful. The food is very nice. The room are also very nice. The bed is a king size...

some noise from local church group but nothing really disturbing.

Staying there is a continuing part of the African adventure - Velvet monkeys in the grounds and trees and bats in the evening (one found its way into the bedroom for a short period). Angella and Derrick are good hosts and its always a good relaxing stay with walks to Banga beach for a beer and beautifully cooked tilapia whilst watching the ferry and the local market if you don't want to stay in the Guest house grounds all the time.

Simply the best value for money. Rooms are clean with good musquito nets. Hot showers. Amazing food in the restaurant. Owners are really helpfull too. Great rooftop terras and lots of monkeys!

Some nearby church had a all night prayer going on during the 2nd night of our stay, blasting music and prayers like crazy. God must have hard them because we certainly did. Whole area was affected.

It's a hard place to find or at least, I found it difficult even with GPS. I couldn't see any signposts and feel that would help.

The staff were excellent and the place peaceful and welcoming. I would recommend this as a place to stay. The food was very good too.
