Wifi didn't work well in my room. Staff gave me password for another network but it still didn't always work. If you critically need wifi, would check if it works in the room, otherwise can access in public areas

Perfect location, historical building, many cafes and restaurants are around, also there is a supermarket nearby. I enjoyed my stay, the staff was great and friendly, very welcoming! My room was clean and big, I slept like a baby.

When I checked into the room, unfortunately, the heating was turned off. I had to ask for assistance and wait for several hours until the room warmed up.

My room was very tidy, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and polite, and they helped resolve issues very quickly. It was possible to order food from the restaurant to the room. The hotel itself is located in the city center on a picturesque street.

I was disappointed not to have a kettle in my room, but the restaurant will provide hot water on request.

Lovely hotel, beautiful building just a few minutees walk to the Old Town. Very comfortable and excellent staff. Breakfast available in the restaurant attached to the hotel.

There wasn’t a kettle or coffeemaker in the room, no condiments except for water. It’s a small thing but annoying to not be able to drink anything warm at night.

There were few things that I think could be better, but maybe it’s because it’s 3 star hotel: - the was no kettle in the room, so you couldn’t even make tea if you wanted to - there was no bottled water in the room as well - the daily cleaning didn’t make the bed and was not fixing the room, they were just changing the towels and probably cleaning the bathroom - the AC was not very strong. It was running on 16 degrees all the time and it was still quite warm in the room

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed in the new part of the building and the room was very modern and comfortable. The location is great, it’s close to the Rynok Square but it’s not as busy and hectic. The view was very nice as well. Love this part of the city. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Definitely great value for money
