If located at the front side it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic at the main road and bus stop in front of the hotel.

The breakfast looked superb, I can't say what it was like because I only went in for coffee. ( not a fan of Breakfast - rather have a smoke ). Staff were very friendly & helpful but with limited English spoken they still made you welcome and have a great sense of humour. 2 minute walk to the Opera house and the old town & markets/shops & cafes & bars. Kfc, BurgerKing, McDonalds 5 mins away if you are like them. Buses and Trams stops outside

The location is excellent, right in the center of Lviv. The breakfast was tasty with a lot to choose from. Towels were changed daily. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The walls near the elevators are a piece of art; I walked through all the floors just to look at the pictures. The Wi-Fi was excellent. I needed to work from my room for two days, and it worked well the entire time. My favorite part was the Roshen shop in the same building, offering candies, cakes, and nuts. There is also a grocery store just 20 meters away. I had lunch and dinner at Forum and Puzata Chata nearby. For shopping, the Krakivsky Market is only a 5-7 minute walk away, where you can find clothing that isn’t available in European stores. All food shops work 7 days a week. Market is closed on Sunday.

It would have been nice to have a small lamp on the table to provide gentle lighting. A kettle and mugs to have tea/coffee in the room was the only thing I really missed!

The staff were very kind & helpful. The room was very comfortable & clean with a lovely bathroom. On the day of departure, I could leave my luggage in store while I explored the city a little more before leaving.

i cant think of any shortcomings at all, i was checked in at midnight and everything was perfect.

I loved the breakfast it had a wide choice of Ukrainian cuisine. A wide choice of beverages and Staff were always available to help. The staff were very helpful and always available giving good advice. The room was impeccable clean well laid out good wifi all the time i was there. Backup power to deal with any power cuts that could possible occur in the times we live in in Ukraine.There are good lifts to all floors, i have leg issues so i apreciated the lift very much

Due to border delays I arrived in the early hours. No-one complained and booked me in. All in all a good experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Everybody was always nice. Whether it was the receptionists or the cleaners, everyone was always smiling and very friendly and tolerant and patient when I tried to speak Ukrainian as a foreigner. There is nothing to complain about from the staff or accommodation side.

The staff was very nice. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable. Very big advantage that the bomb shelter is inside the hotel and they have electricity even during blackouts. Because of my early departures I wasn't able to make it for bfast, so they offered me a nice lil lunchbox as replacement. All in all, great stay!

I don’t usually comment on breakfast but I found that everything was almost always presented in the best possible way. The manager does a great job in getting the most from her staff and making sure that hotel guests have a good experience

Staff people were so welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping team was exceptional, they kept everything in shape. Very good breakfast and excellent location for people who are in Lviv for the first time. It's at the heart of the city, perfect for touring around the most important and beautiful places of Lviv. I'll definitely come back.

The air conditioner didn't work.

The room was clean and comfortable. Warm water. Provided necessary facilities . The breakfast was excellent

My only criticism was as I am British a kettle in the Room would have been good 👍 as I do like a cup of tea 🍵, apart from that everything was spot on.

Staff were really helpful and friendly 🙂, location was good 👍. And the food in the restaurant was exceptional,well presented and value for money. Would definitely use again 👌👍
