While chosng the hotel I paid attention to location and WiFi. The first was, the second wasn't. WiFi didn't exist in my room (on the ninth floor). It was in lobby. Despite of it I want to add that the hotel wasn't fair when mentioned the balcony. If guest can't use the balcony (is totally shut), no need to mention it as a facility. Cleaning can be improved

Chose it because if location: close to the ice rink and good coffee nearby. Very nice stuff and very tasty food and coffee in the lobby bar. Parking is on the side is also big advantage.

I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 8 years) with breakfast included. But they told me that breakfast is included only for adults , and for kids I must pay extra . It was strange...... :-( When I booked the room I wasn't informed that breakfast is included only for 2 adults. Very disappointed(((( I booked a room with shower cabin, but I received a room with bath tub. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Narrow beds, no pool or sauna to relax in. Map of area local vicinity would have been helpful. Parking was difficult at times. Trays for breakfast would of helped and maybe another coffee machine for efficiency.

Breakfast was very good, nice variety and choices. Wish there was a pool and sauna to relax in. Beds were comfortable even if they were very narrow. Clean hotel, housekeeper kept rooms cleaned, and restocked soaps and towels upon request.

I like the hotel and wish you all the best. I recommend the hotel to stay. Few things which we have common in Germany I would suggest implementing (it´s not a critic, but a suggestion from a good friend): 1. Since staff cost is quite expensive we don´t have anybody at breakfast to serve you, just minimum 1-2 people. Self-service. Breakfast service looks overserviced, with too much attention to customers. Keep it moderated with self-service. 2. Soap and shampoo in toilets. Fill it fully, not a small bag with 10 grams. It´s just a few cents if you decide to have shower 2 times per day. You feel more comfortable if you have the option to have a shower without limit (soap and shampoo). Put towels in the toilet, not in the living room. 3. We usually have washing machines underground, everybody can go every time and wash everything for 2 euros. When you order this service it looks like a barrier. Make it more democratic, just self-service.

My studio room was strangely accessible : I had to take a lift, then service stair totally inadequate to standard of the hotel, to finally access the room itself. They need to paint these stairs and put some carpet or tiles, like everywhere else. Other than that, hotel is just excellent !

The TV could be a smart TV to make it easier to watch netflix or youtube. At the moment all channels are Ukrainian.

Family stay. Junior suit. First of all, perfect location. Were going to stay in city center but absolutely delighted we spent few nights here instead. Metro station 2min away, can easily get anywhere. Air conditioner., towels, toiletries etc. Huge spacious rooms. Plenty of room for everyone. Great choice of channels.

As always, it did not disappoint - clean, quiet, cozy. The staff is polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is also excellent - both by car and by metro - the nearest metro station is just a few minutes' walk away.

The staff were surly, the guards were intrusive and seemed even aggressive, very strange and just for this reason I would not return and would look for a hotel with normal staff.
