We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

EstoniaIf I'm not wrong the minibar was empty. A small problem as there are facilities nearby, but a hotel with such a pose might consider giving a full service.
One wouldn't even imagine to find such luxurious looking rooms inside a yard. The staff is very helpful and one feels like treated really well. The location next to Dolhinarium and many bars is what one might only wish for.

ItalyI chose this hotel also expecting by photos that a piano was available to be played but in the end we discovered that it was closed. I would has liked to play some music for my girlfriend, but it's ok! Maybe next time )))
Everything perfect! Staff has been very kind and the room very clean with a perfect temperature inside! Breakfast was very tasty perfectly served by professional and gentle operators. Hotel's position wonderful to visit Kharkiv only by feet!

Best possible downtown location and great service. Lots of places to visit around, multiple restaurants, cafes, services available within a walking distance. Unique historical feel of the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is outstanding. Special thanks to the staff at the reception!

PolandIt is a really very good place so the xommwnt is only here cause I work late and like to be able to do my drinks in the room instead of walking to get it at the reception.. The only thing I was missing was a kettle/coffee facilities in the room. As there is a room service up till 23.00 it is not a problem, and later you can get it at the reception but still, having it in the room would be more convenient.
Very spacious, clean, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Amazing food at the hotel restaurant and breakfasts that I will be missing dearly (your homemade creamy curd cheese simply melts in mouth!). Really nice view from restaurant and its patio type part onto the plaza in front of thr opera. But most of all very competent and friendly staff. Never had my clothes so well ironed as here.

United Statesthe hotel was closed due to the war and in shambles. I could not get another hotel until2:30 in the morning only with a police escort as the curfew starts at 11pm. Why is this hotel on Booking now? It was real security risk for me alone at that time and not knowing anything about the area.

Italy1) Poor acoustic insolation in the room. I could hear every word of neighbour speaking on the phone. 2) Breakfast starts at 8:00. Not convenient for a working schedule. 3) Breakfast in a fancy reastaurant but with no self service table. You have to choose among 4 or 5 menus and wait to be served. 4) Breakfast: no vegan options
The reception staff is fantastic: vey kind, helpful, professional. The hotel is clean and well furnished. Rooms are big. Very convenient position in the center of town.

ItalyWell, I would not classify as 4 stars hotel like European standard. The hotel hall was small and the negative point is that there is no buffet breakfast. They have fixed menu with few things and if you don't like something you can't replace. Plus you have to wait a lot before they prepare the breakfast for you, so if you have a meeting or conference you should go to breakfast at least 1 hour before. This is very annoying. The matress Is not confy.

United Arab EmiratesNo one informed me that there are no higher floors Not mentioned that the property has been turned into a hotel out of an old house.I had asked for a higher level room with window opening to the main street but to my amazement this hotel has only 3 floors and I was not informed about it when I booked the room. As well, nor I was informed that this hotel been turned from an old home in the city centre.
