Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

UkraineGood, some issues with electricity but of course it’s not the hotels fault… something that should be taken into consideration for people who have online work.

IsraelNo restaurant , no room service. get real guys. we need this and everybody else got it . Do something about it .
Druzhba is a very nice place, though the architecture is very modern. It seems like a hotel in Tokyo or in Seoul than in western Europe. Anyway, everything works great , large privet parking , friendly crew, hot water , heating system , elevators, good furnitures, nice beds , outstanding smoking balcony at the top. Kisses, I will come back soon.

Israelit is a misfortune that restaurant is not longer available. I hope that this situation will change soon.
As a frequent visitor among the Dnieper Heights, I always search for the most convenient hotel, in order to find some rest from my long travels and to rearrange for the long roads ahead. Druzhba hotel, is just the perfect place for such stops. This is a modern and comfortable hotel, that has all of needed facilities , such as laundry service, free wi fi , comfortable beds , air condition , affective elevators , english speakers in the reception , printing services and so on. The location in strategic point in the middle of the city , do not effect the silence in the rooms and the large parking provided for free.

United KingdomThere's no access (I don't think....) from the bus station so you have to walk all the way round, but it's not far... that's not really a valid criticism of the hotel, just an observation as I'm lazy! (and it was cold....)
Arriving into the main bus station (avtovoksal) in Kryvyi Rih this hotel is a 5 minute walk away, you can also get a trolleybus directly from the main station (holovny) to the main road close by. A typical imposing Eastern European block, it ticks all the boxes for those who've stayed in such hotels before! The reception was efficient and polite, room basic but perfectly functional, warm and the bed comfortable. Didn't have breakfast, but for the price paid (about £17) it's a bargain and I'd stay here again without question.

IsraelJust open again the resturant and the room service.
Before those difficult times, Druzhba was a central foundation of the nightlife of the Dniper hights. The bar was active all night long , and the smoking balcony on the roof was full of life even after midnight in the middle of the snow storms. The night people would pass here impossible hours , to buy a bottle of Whisky of Champaigne and get their latest news. The glory days are over for now, the restuarant and the bar are closed, but still , Druzhba is maintaining his position , giving a high level of hospitality for local guest and tourists, here in the middle of this endless city. This is a good place to spend several noghts because the rooms are fully equped and very cpfortable , and the lobby is supermly decorated. You can get there some snacks and soft or hard drink in any hour. Also , there is a charming spa on floor three, with a large varity of treatments. I will surely make efforts to stay again in Druzhba.

United StatesNothing really at all was wrong. We were here for a family emergency, but other than that, everything was just fine. All of our requests were filled promptly.
This hotel identifies as a 3-star, but I personally think it's better than that. Nice rooms, clean, excellent service, great WiFi and good breakfast.

BulgariaIt took 40 minutes to register at the reception for only 3 persons. I've never seen so slow and chaotic receptionist. The restaurant wasn't open. No option to buy coffee if you don't have exactly 10 hryvni - not more, not less. The coffee machine doesn't return change.
The hotel is clean and calm. The room was comfortable. There is a beautiful garden of the hotel. There were enough free parking spaces.

SlovakiaHotel was full even though my reservation was accepted. This is now often the case in Ukraine - that management neglects control over reservations and accept bookings even when they are full of close. This is extremely irresponsible as many people in difficult situation are looking for shelter, and they are being constantly deceived by this kind of attitude. Shame on them.

AustriaThere is renovation work that leads to a lot of noise in the entire building - not infrequently until 9 p.m., even on Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast from Saturday until Monday is only a "lunch box" - everyday the same, no coffee, bo tea. Drunk guests "discuss" loudly in the corridors until late at night on the weekends.
Stuff is always friendly.
