We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI lived here for three months. I enjoyed everything there. I had to leave for 17 days. The monthly rent was 12,000 Hpn. 17 days later, I returned to your hotel. The monthly rent was now 46,000 Hpn in Ukrainian currency. Now I know nothing about hotel management. My career has been in other fields. In 17 days, the monthly rent had nearly quadrupled. It has risen to about 370 percent. If you were a foreigner and a previous guest, what would be your feelings about this increase? As I say, please put yourself in his place. The staff politely and professionally explained to me in English that the increased cost was due to power outages and generator costs. Again, I ask you for your reaction to this increase? The Black Sea Central Hotel is a historic property that is in a centrally located part of Odessa. Despite the ongoing conflict, the hotel continues to provide quality customer service to all of its guests and runs with most, if not all of its amenities in place. I particularly liked that my room was clean, that the property provided a shelter for its guests, and that a delicious breakfast was available in the morning. Also, rooms in the higher floors of the hotel, such as the room I stayed in, are able to enjoy beautiful views of the city.

The view is wonderful. The staff is efficient and polite. The location is perfect for my needs. Tragically, in this war-time, a bomb-shelter is necessary. They have one, with a bathroom nearby.

Israeli do not like personal breakfast ms though the restaurant were excellent
As we use to say in Israel, i came for the price and stayed for the service. That is my impression abut the Chorny Morie Hotel in Odessa. It seems that the war passed this property without leaving any traces. This is a heavily designed hotel, very respectful and stable. All the facilities are functioning as should be in an international foundation. Room was charming , staff was helpful, prices were economical and the bar was working 24 hours even with the curfew. For this was a pleasant experience as a frequent visitor in Odessa , i will be glad to return to the Chorny Mori.

The people are just extraordinary, certainly in view of the unfortunate events which they have been subjected to since February 2022. Their determination and professionalism are stunning. It is my biggest wish to return here after the war, not as a journalist, but as a tourist guide, to show the world the beauty but also the determination of these fantastic people, who are fighting a war today to make sure that democratic countries worldwide can continue to live freely. Dyakuyu to all of you at Black Sea Central, you are simply amazing.
