The bare floors were very clean, but there was nothing to absorb sound. I rarely heard other guests, though.

The staff was, without exception, wonderful. Warm, professional, very helpful. The location was ideal for what I like to do in Lviv. Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was handy. My rooms on the courtyard were mostly quiet.

Has small kitchen with all necessary things, coffee machine u can use for free. Letted us to keep our luggage after checking out. Room clean , simple but comfortable

No complains. The staff were all so welcoming and pleasant. The room was well lit and there was ample of space. Ideal location, very accessible, there is a lift in the building. Free coffee and tea facilities. You could even do laundry if not mistaken. Would definitely return to this accomodation whenever in Lviv.

This is a mini-hotel right in the center of Lviv. Comfortable room with high ceiling and huge windows with a courtyard view. Clean, cozy, quiet. Looks totally like photos on the web-site. Competent, caring, friendly personnel. Great breakfast. The place where you feel yourself like at home!

The room had everything, fluffy towels, free wifi. I particularly loved the girls at the front desk. They were very helpful, showing me the best cafes, arranging my taxi to the train. 24 hour personal service.

This property has limited signage and the downstairs foyer does not have adequate lighting.

The room is very basic but extremely comfortable and clean. I was extremely impressed with the staff. They are extremely courteous , hard working, professional and friendly . Both Helen and Marta who manage reception are a pleasure to work with.

The room for 3 people was a little small to accommodate all 3 of us, but since it was a short stay it was ok.

Great hotel for a short stay in Lviv. Its small, cozy, in a central yet quite location. The personnel is amazing, very helpful and nice. They have free coffee, tea, water and kitchen facilities and can do your laundry for additional 50 UAH.

Luckily I had milk for my coffee. They did not. The day girl at the desk was pretty clueless and useless unlike the smart night clerk. And zero view, just a dingy courtyard

The location couldn't be bettered. The night staff was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The breakfast is ordered from a cafe down the street but they have a espresso/Americano coffee machine.

This hotel is bright, new, beautiful and very well appointed. The rooms are plenty roomy, have beautiful high ceilings, and the bed is very comfy. The breakfast is wonderful and they even deliver it to your room to eat in bed :)
