Really nothing to say here. Guests with large luggage should be aware that there's A LOT of stairs to climb :-) But the staff usually warns about such things.

Location is just perfect. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean. The staff is SUPER friendly and nice. Also, breakfast is very good. Special thanks for the little mini bar at the reception with decent gin tonic :-D.

On the fourth floor, no lift, but still worth it!

Great staff, good rooms, clean, great value for money. The location is excellent for almost anything you want to do in Lviv. Right next to the bustle in old town, but very quiet. The included breakfast is basic but quite nice.

The receptionist could not really explain where the hotel's own parking ground was, and what the modalities were to get a space there. So I used the public parking in the nearby streets. The costs were roughly identical.

The hotel is right in the historic center of Lviv. Although the premises are modern and well-renovated, they are situated inside an authentic old building. Honestly, one would not expect such a pretty hotel behind the facade and the staircase ;-) The receptionist was able to organize the check-in in good English. Breakfast was included in the price.

Ideally there are cat nets on the window, but it's really not a big deal.

The location was perfect. I was travelling to run Lviv Half Marathon and I was literally within a few steps from the Finish line (much appreciated after that distance :-D). I especially liked that the staff provided bowls and a pet bed for my cat. Speaking of which, my cat immediately felt comfortable in the room and wasn't at all worried or scared. The place has a good vibe :-).

The fact that the hotel is at 4 th Flor with no elevators and it had no notice about this in its ad that i could see.......i didnt like. We had to go to reception several times to ask for toilet paper because the only placed a small one at the toilet. When i came in dowsttairs i thought i was wissiting a slum because it needs some renovation of stairs. And maybe some normal cleaning on dayly basis.

Breakfast was nice,but 8 mornings with the same bread and exsesories gave me the idear to skip the last one. Nearby to town centre. My 5 th breakfast i had at zahar berkut earlyer this week and that was little bit different. But at plazma breakfast was simple and good for eweryday eating. The staff was helpful and nice ewen if the English language wasent upp to speed. So if you dont care about stairs I will recommend this hotel.

Having to go up four flights of stairs, especially with suitcases, is not optimal.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. The room was spacious and clean; it seemed as if it had been recently renovated (except for the wallpaper, but that's a personal choice). The bathroom was not small and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Note that the hotel is the 4th and 5th floor of an old apartment building, with no lift. Unless you have very heavy luggage to drag up the stairs it's not much of an issue but you should be aware of it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. Got a large room with a balcony and a view of the Theatre. The breakfast is fine.
